If I hand In my months notice at the start of August do I just get paid in August? I'm paid in arrears so paid for the month I've just worked rather than the month I'm going to do. Get paid in August for August or for July? Meaning that if I hand my notice in I'll still get paid in August and September? I was always under the impression that I'd get paid the month after but thinking about it it just dosnt seem right and now I've written it I'm pretty sure it isn't.

From what I've seen of them Markovic is a great signing and the same with Can. Origi however looks very raw and I don't think he will turn into a top class footballer,granted only 19 but he just dosnt have the look of someone who will be top notch. Reminds me of Welbeck, gangly and unable to control his body but shows glimpses of brilliance and works very hard for the team with his movement and general running off the ball. I think they will sign Will Highes, my football manager sense is tingling.

What does Fellaini do in this team, he looks so lost. Belgium need to get Hazard closer to the goal before they give him the ball if he is going to have an impact. Cant tell if Argentina are defending well or Belgium just playing poorly.

Maybe he'll make it back for the start well win the first 3 then he'll be off at the end of August leaving us with nearly a quarter of the points we will need to stay up with 35 games to go................. Sorry the pessimist and the optimist are having a fight at the moment.

I can't wait for Far Cry 4, 3 was probably the most fun I've had playing a game. Then it's Assasins Creed:Unity, The Order and GTA in the next 6 months. I'll get the next Tomb Raider and I'd love another Bioshock but can't see it happening. I'd love to see a Red Dead redemption sequel, prequel anything on PS4, don't let me down Rockstar.

Im really struggling with win past the group stage, getting no where near. Had Sneijder any time goal scorer and Dos Santos any time but other than that nothing. Want to put USA on tonight, maybe USA first half Belgium second.
