  1. Damian Lewis has had his odds slashed on becoming the next Bond due to a flurry of bets. Some pretty credible actors being spoken about in Lewis & Elba. With James Mcavoy, Michael Fassbender and Tom Hardy also but I dont think they would suit the role. I always thought a reason for replacing Daniel Craig was because he was getting older but Lewis and Elba are around the same age and I suppose they wont be rebooting again just continuing in this vein. I think Daniel Craig has done a great job in the grittier more realistic recent Bonds. Just hope they dont do something stupid and choose Henry Cavill.
  2. Just seen a game play video and its just looks like a re skin of a COD game. Scenary looks amazing and the lore it has to work on could make it amazing. Talk of a 40 player multi player really is worrying. I generally take a rule of if a game has a large multiplayer or a general focus on it then the game/story in single player will be poor.

    Top Gear

I genuinely thought it would end up taking a year hiatus maybe two and then Clarkson would return as a hero
  4. Im only disappointed because he went to Tenerife, its terrible he could have gone any where.
  5. How has Tarrabt managed to get himself a 5 year contract at Benfica
  6. I really hope we dont have to hear "oysters, clams and cockles" again it makes me want to tear her face off
  7. Never thought the graphics were great on any Fallout game I've seen and that's always been a barrier to me playing them. I know it's no the end of the world but I expect games on my PS4 to look good as that's why I bought it. the Witcher 3 has set the bar high in regards to story telling and graphics. I hope fallout can do the same as I want to love and I love the premise.
  8. Wasnt a terrible episode, will be hyped I think when it was bang average.
  9. Ive agreed to do the hoovering after the tennis. Come on 5 sets!
  10. Any bit of media shows him as an egocentric corrupt arsehole. Surely any one who has done "business" with him at FIFA knows he was a snake. There are bigger fish but hopefully he is the key to uncovering a lot of evidence. Hopefully he has something on Greg Dyke the smug clearing in the woods
  11. I actually agree that he has been good for the sport in parts. It's whether his ego, corruption or poor judgement has then taken the World Cup to places that it shouldn't have been. For all the good he has done in places like Africa and Asia he has stood by while his direct reports have skimmed off the top or just pocketed funds whether he knew or not. He is the head of a beast and the organisation is corrupt, opaque and unorganised below him and he has to take responsibility for that, 17 years is enough time to change the system if you wanted to but he used it to his advantage. Unfortunately the organisation if given the option will appoint a stooge or another will win threw just like Blatter unless the reforms are fit for purpose. Unfortunately the confederations who have ousted him are just as bad, not at any point do I want to see Platini at the top of FIFA. In actual fact the decision makes no difference to me other than World Cup location. Money has ruined the sport we all love and the organisations involved are just a symptom of the money that flows through the game unfortunately and that will not change as where there is money someone will be trying t get a bigger piece of the pie, they can only manage the situation better.
  12. Quote from Greg Dyke“Something has come out of the events of last week that has caused Mr Blatter to resign … He’s gone. At long last we can sort out Fifa. We can go back to looking at those two World Cups. If I were Qatar right now I wouldn’t be feeling very comfortable." As much as I am annoyed by the goings on at FIFA it dosnt really effect me other than World Cup locations. The only thing I want out of this is England being awarded one of those World Cups.
  13. Blatter is just one of many. FIFA it's self needs to be disbanded, reformed and rebranded
  14. Never played a fall out game.....
  15. Got this downloaded on my sky go app, ready for a night away next week. Looking forward to watching it. Has Denzel ever been in anything bad? Yes...The Equalizer Haha beat me to it, it's awful. Down load Man on Fire and enjoy your night instead
  16. Was a bit underwhelmed after I fought the Griffin, but just had to search for a Werewolf that was recommended level 7 and I am level 3. Got no where near beating it but now I'm hooked and I'm going to level up and beat that bastard!
  17. There should be some sort of PS4 multi room option. I've gone to bed and would like to play but I'm too lazy to unplug it and bro it upstairs for what could be 10 mins of playing when I fall asleep. Unreasonable request probably, being lazy definately!
  18. Got completed bossed today by two center backs so cant complain about that as he was isolated and the balls into him came from too deep. However when he did get the ball he was slow and poor. Extremely bad day for the team Benteke.
  19. Gabby and Sinclair on for Grealish and Zog or go 442 with Gabby on for Zog
  20. Regardless of the fact that we are involved in the final today. The BBC coverage of the final today is fantastic. Road to Wembley with Linekar on now is brilliant and I think ill cry if we win.
  21. So only two of your bets will win you money? Ive gone Benteke 2 or more Grealish and Villa 3-2 And then both teams to score in the first half
  22. Lock her outside for the rest of the day so she can reflect on what she said. Shes going to go celebrate Gerrards Birthday on the train tracks
  23. My girlfriend just said "what are Villa doing in the cup final I dont understand"
  24. I think he still is living in the Blackburn timewarp. They won the prem with majority of English players. Trying to think of players blackburn actually had who were foreign. You wouldnt be able to do it these days. I truly believe one of the reasons Argentina, French, Germany, Spain and Brazil produce so many players is because their leagues are full of home grown talent. They have no choice other than to bring through youth players and over time players mature as they are given the chance and have no other option than to play. They are going to produce more as the law of averages makes it so. Same as the Championship there are enough good players in there who are good enough for the Premier League and a lot of those cake from Premier League youth systems. One thing that Tim wants from our youth is desire, I think he thinks the quality it there but they are now too pampered, money is the only thing that has ruined our youth system in this country. The coaching quality is infinitely better than in the 90s but how many good British attacking players can you name that you remember watching and compare that to now.
