  1. Is that something the mayor can do? I don't understand anything in this world any more.
  2. A number of our players didn't demonstrate that last night, including most of the biggest names in that line up.

His crossing is wayward, no argument, but when the wide mid tucks in, which happened a lot in the second half, tactically I'm assuming, he picks up that width. He doesn't have to cross the ball, he has to keep the attack alive, and he does that well. If Leon tucks inside, and the oppo are 10 deep in the penalty box, you need that extra outlet, not for a cross, just to realise the ball, move and start again.
  4. This is the result that matters, nothing else. That woman was literally a life saver, football means nothing.
  5. What does the Police Commissioner actually do? Genuine Q. Also, the regional mayor, I don't really get that either.
  6. I think this must be the one based on that reply, I'm on it, thank you
  7. A good mate of mine pointed me in the direction of a programme called RetroArch the other day. I knew of emulators many years ago, but also found them to be an absolute pain to set up and use. I don't know if they've all moved on but everything seemed so much easier to set up this time (with a bit of Google). Looks like most platforms are covered, the default mapping to a PS controller has been spot on, and easy enough to change. Anyone else use any emulators or recommend any classics? I think there's an arcade emulator too, so any classic arcade games would be nice. Thanks all.
  8. Is this the documentary that went a little bit mental? If so, this was recommended to me only this week, sounds amazing.
  9. Those tits did a lot of heavy lifting for her. Which is interesting, as she had to do a lot of heavy lifting for those tits at the same time.
  10. Ooooh someone's just moved from Sainsburys to Waitrose
  11. We play a different game with Emi in the team. A completely different game. Olsen is adapting to that, and bar a couple of bad passes, he did okay. The fact that Emi has the most time on the ball in the Premier League this season shows how important his role is. Some of his shot stopping is dubious, and I think Emi probably saves 1 or 2 tonight, but if we didn't have Olsen, who else would have playing the semi final of a European competition? Some of the criticism is unfair, he's clearly improved a lot this season, and he's NEVER going to be Emi.
  12. Let's put this to bed. McGinn did the 'pick the ball up, let the opposition get in his face and put him' trick that we're all used to, worked a treat. Dougie then took the ball, with a little bit of shit from their players still, but not like McGinn had, still fine. Then as Dougie is stood their waiting to take it, Diaby gets involved in a minute long tussle with their defender and the ref about where he's allowed to stand on the edge of the box. Diaby, who's probably one of the quickest on the pitch, getting into a push and shove about standing on the corner of the D in the penalty box. The pen was 2 inches away from being a great penalty, Dougie had another minute of standing around to take it because of our own player being a bit of a fanny. The rest of his game, dogshit, no argument. But I think you gotta be fair on the penalty tonight.
  13. He's 20 years old and getting into the first team during our best season in however many years, someone at the club rates him given we let Donk go and I don't even know where Chambers is these days. If I was 20 and playing in a European semi final, I'd probably be shying away. He probably expected to be playing Championship football again this season, and now he's on a stage he could only ever dream about. I like him, I hope he makes it.

I'll never understand the criticism of Cucurella - He's a bit maverick at times, but he's not a shit player for a mid table team. But anyway, UP THE CHELS for tonight (and that's the only time I'll be saying that in my life). One step closer.
  15. Couldn't see what was going on but fair play, what a hero, hope whoever it was pulls through.

Mistake for the goal, but a menace going forward. I said to my mate, he seems to be one of those players that plays better when it's a more intimidating atmosphere, whereas some of the others seem to shrink away from it.
  17. They set up to stop our midfield playing, they didn't allow the half turns in the first half, and they cut off all the passing channels. Granted, he was poor, but I think we played into their hands a little bit with how they set up. Neither SJM or Dougie had a good game, for the same reason.
  18. And also, what the **** was he playing at before Dougies pen? Why get involved with that shit at that stage in this game?
  19. He was shite, where is all this praise coming from? I've never seen a player bottle so many 50/50s, make so many poor decisions. The fact that Rogers looks the better player says everything for me. Expect a lot better from him in these kind of games.
  20. Hmmm a lot of food for thought there, thank you

Anything in the back pocket (ooer) is dangerous. I'm strictly a front pocket man.
  22. A girl I was seeing a couple of years back argued that even if you lived the perfect life, it couldn't not be selfish. Even if you gave everything you had, time, energy, love, money, effort to everyone else, you're still doing it as an act of self interest. It's a hard thing to not argue. Nice girl, bit mental in the head, but a cracking pair of tits.
  23. Diaby - MOTM? Absolutely no way. Took his goal well, every other touch he looked like he was playing in flip flops. Gotta be Cashy or Rogers for me.
  24. Apart from the smoking weed, this is how I'm feeling I think, just living a life of chaos all of a sudden. I don't really know how it works but my mindset is definitely not what it used to be.
