  1. They do. If we don't have 4 we can only name 21. But anyone under the age of 21 we can include regardless. Fwiw Archer retains his club trained status if we sell him, so if we bought him back he becomes one of the 4 again and let's us name at least 22 (23 assuming JJ is still here)
  2. Same person you saw posting @JAMAICAN-VILLAN?
  3. Why do you think we are getting 14m+add ons for Aaron Ramsey but wouldn't get even close to that for Archer? Either we will, or he isn't going
  4. Not to mention strikers, especially ones with a strike rate as good as cams, always bring with them a premium. I don't see us selling him for less than we bought Jhon for. There'd be no point.
  5. He's a villa fan. His uncle has confirmed it before.
  6. Wondered why they didn't start him first game. Must have been in the pipeline already.
  7. Or more likely (given the top 4 will probably win the FA and League cups): Top 5 - Champions League 6th place - Europa League 7th place - Europa League 8th place - ECL If West Ham had won the ECL and also finished 5th this year....would there have been an extra place for the Europa League for England?

    Chelsea

Knew there had to be a link in there somewhere. £40m, regardless of the financials of the company in question, is not good value for money. No independent company is offering that. When you throw in the fact the company doesn't turnover that much anyway, it becomes a clear example of the linked ownership.
  9. Why not put 1 or 2 of the December games in the other months? Or are those two week gaps all for international breaks?
  10. Weird signing this as they don't really need him. I guess it's a gamble that he'll rediscover his best form somehow. Seems they pulled an Ings on this one and kept it completely secret. Saw this on twitter too, which is quite the fact...

Of course they'll only get a fine from the PL. The old owners aren't there so you can't punish them. The new owners didn't do anything wrong (at least not in terms of what is being investigated currently) and reported the breach themselves. There's no way they'd justify giving them a points deduction that impacts them sportingly. In the case of Man City, the same owners are still there, and they tried to hide whatever they'd done wrong... so whatever they hit Chelsea with, Man City should get much worse.
  12. I'd take any of those (not 14th) as long as we're progressing to the latter stages of all the cups we're in. Ideally a final and winning one of them. Does winning the FA Cup get you Europa League?
  13. I agree. Much like when he was decent at Leicester before his United day's. He's still going to have more than his fair share of brain farts but they probably won't be caused by trying to play out from the back quite so regularly.
  14. This is it^ . Go to translate and set it to never translate this page. Reload the page should clear it

Are they a genuinely independent sponsor? If so I'm surprised they managed to get such a huge deal given the uncertainty over their current position. That deal going to look pretty foolish for infinite athlete if Chelsea continue to make a mess of their squad. I get that it's likely Chelsea will be back among the top 6 this season, but it's a pretty big gamble
  16. You still haven't said which site you're looking at?
  17. I'd guess a Fanatics issue. They run the club shop these days I think. Why Fanatics don't have the stock though could well be a club issue due to the badge changing this season, late agreement on style, new sponsor to incorporate, etc.

    Tyler Adams

I'd comfortably take him over Donk... but don't see him being persuaded to come here as a very obvious backup / rotation option. Yeah, I know he'd get game time, but I think he'd want more than half the minutes rather than less.
  19. Not on the official PL site like that either. Not sure where that's come from.
  20. I dont think its loony, but i dont agree. I'm not sure why the men's team should have to play in only colours that accommodate a very specifically women's circumstance. I'd be happy for the men and women to play in claret shorts in any given season, I think claret shorts works nicely, but I wouldn't expect us to abandon white shorts for the men on those grounds. The shirts are styled differently, the shorts can be too if needed for gender specific reasons
  21. 1. Man City 2. Arsenal 3. Liverpool 4. Man United 5. Villa 6. Chelsea 7. Brighton 8. Newcastle 9. Tottenham (will be above Newcastle and Brighton if they keep Kane) 10. Brentford 11. Palace 12. Burnley 13. Bournemouth 14. Fulham 15. West Ham 16. Wolves 17. Forest 18. Luton 19. Everton 20. Sheffield United Newcastle (and Howe) to get found out and really struggle with Europe. Spurs screwed if they sell kane, but still going to struggle to get top 7 even if they keep him. Burnley to be the surprise package and have first season bounce, before getting relegated the season after. Everton to finally flush, but really that bottom 6 could be on any order, they're all going to be bad.
  22. I don't think they're obscured, just the resolution of the picture is so low you probably couldn't tell if they were there anyway. Don't really know when the picture was taken either. It surfaced yesterday but might be a few days older.
  23. Yep. The concern (and indeed expectation for some) is that the same thing will happen again, rinse and repeat. He really needs to stay fit for a sustained period now. Even that won't convince some, who would just use that run to get money for him in January.
  24. I'm surprised where he's tried to play Torres in pre-season, unless we sold the idea of him being a left back in Emery's system to him during the signing. If we didn't, then I can't see him being very happy not to start centre back first game. Nor can I see Emery not starting him somewhere given his adoration of him. I think Konsa is going to right back and Pau is partnering Mings in the middle. Cash will be missing out. I also think Tielemans deserved a start, but not sure who I'd drop him for. Maybe Kamara based on pre-season form but seems a bit offensive for an away game against Newcastle. Emery has got his work cut out for him now!
  25. Could still be extended either side of the Terrace though. You'd only get maybe two rows before you impede the lower tier though I think. And Rigo was presumably suggesting that they'll drop the lettering lower down, so the top of the T will now be below where the accessible Terrace is. There is an issue with this as they lost about 6 rows from the top of the stand... but they only have 3 or 4 rows available below the H, so they'll have to squash it in when it's reworked somehow, assuming they want to keep them aligned.
