  1. Exactly the same here although i wouldn't be surprised if we win Saturday and Draw against QPR. Leeds pick up results but seem to concede a few goals along the way. Time for another both teams to score bet this weekend odds won't make you rich but it has happened in 13 of our 19 games so far this year
  2. would you want your 11/12 year old daughter in the same toilet block as a group of 15/16 year old boys? Or thinking back to schhol, how would you feel as a shy 11 year old boy wanting to go for a piss and beeng greeted by half a dozen 16 year old girls... It doesn't bother me in the slightest as an adult in all honesty, In fact very few things do but seems to me at least to be an unnecessary thing at a school and is likely to create far more intimidation/discomfort for 99% of the kids so that perhaps the odd one or two don't feel awkward about using/being made to use "the wrong toilet"
  3. He has also lost his job because of it although quite how saying he would have gone back and beaten someone up when able if they had abused him stops him from talking about darts on the tv is another matter, At least he said it on a public forum i guess and can see why tv companies with advertisers would want to disassociate themselves from him. Keyes/Gray were sacked from sky for joking amongst themselves off-air that female ref sian massey would/should not be reffing mens football.
  4. The first half of your sentence has nothing to do with your second. Not my sentence, This is apparently the reasoning/justification used... Executive headteacher Kath Wheeler welcomed the introduction of full-height unisex cubicles for pupils aged 8 and up, while younger children use toilets in or attached to their classrooms. Ms Wheeler said the toilets have created safe spaces where pupils show respect towards each other and feel respected. http://www.itv.com/news/london/2016-11-26/row-over-unisex-loos-as-same-sex-toilets-for-pupils-over-eight-installed-at-east-london-school/
  5. A secondary school has come under fire for banning pupils from raising their hands to answer questions in the classroom because it does not "challenge and support the learning of all". http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2016/11/30/school-bans-pupils-putting-hands-answer-questions-classroom
  6. People are offended/outraged by everything. It's so easy to do now, just click a button..... Thousands of people have signed a petition for the new £5 to be withdrawn because they contain a trace amount of tallow and vegans do not like this. Schools are now introducing mixed/unisex toilets for students over the age of 8 so trans & non-binary kids have a "safe space" where they can feel respected. Oscars nominations (or other award shows) don't include a suitable mix of black/white/other/disabled/male/female/trans and you are in for a riot. not a fan of uncontrolled immigration? Apparently this puts you on a par with hitler and you are an evil racist Every single BBC panel show must have at least 1 woman on it since 2014 Companies including the BBC & police are allowed to recruit people only of colour/ethnicity/sexuality as apparently "affermative action" is ok Look at things like the Rooney rule in the states that the football league have approved the adoption of. How does this help anyone? For every single managerial/senoir coashing/assistant role you must interview at least 1 person that is not white. Even if you have one target in mind to replace your current manager you have to interview at least 1 other person based soley on them being of different ethnicity, wasting their time completely. It is good that they want to do something to get a bit more variety in the mainly white dominated roles but enforced interviews for every single role isn't the way to go Comedians are going to be a dying breed soon, you can not say anything anymore that even 1 person may be offended by without hundreds/thousands of people on twitter calling you a racist/bigot/homophobe etc etc
  7. Not a good couple of days for newcastle, Losing at home to Blackburn on Saturday to end their 9 game winning run, Colback fined for gambling on games & going out on pens to 10 man Hull tonight with both Shelvey & Gayle missing pens. Not quite time to get the tissues out yet but hopefully this will knock their confidence a bit and they are away at Forest who have had back to back away wins scoring 7 in the process on Friday night.
  8. From what i can see he paid money for : Lorik Cana- £5m Fraizer Campbell- £3.5m Darren Bent- £16m Lee Cattermole- £6m Michael Turner- £4m Matthew Killgallon- £2m Simon Mignolet- £2.5m Marcos Angelari- £2.5m Titus Bramble- £1m Asamoah Gyan- £13.25m Stephane Sessegnon- £6m Not loads in the grand scheme of things i guess with only 2 signings over 10 million, There were also a bunch of other free transfers & loans. The one concerning thing i guess is that Cana, Bent, Gyan, Killgallon, Angelari had all left again within a little over 12 months of signing and the rest of them went the year he left
  9. Will be interesting to see what he can do next year if he manages to get us up as he has never really been at a club with a decent amount of cash to spend. Presumably the Dr will need to dig deep in order to ensure survival as realistically half of the current squad would need upgrading for the prem. I am intrigued to see who he would go after given a much higher budget than he is accustomed to
  10. Don't forget you can buy ammo/medic crates that wil auto refill your team giving you a shit ton of points for when you are playig as support/medic, especially on a couple of maps where objectives are in bunkers, You can get thousands of score for just standing there doing nothing. Just drop a crate where it is not going to get by an incoming grenade & watch the refill/heal score stack up while you do whatever you want. Also be sure to drop a crate every time you respawn as it will auto refill anyone you spawn on.

  12. Bellews main defensive tactic of blocking punches with his face isn't going to work against Haye. Haye isn't anywhere as sharp as he was 5/6 years ago but this should be over within 3 rounds. Bellew is undeniably better than he was a couple of years back but even at light-heavyweight he struggled against Cleverly who takes 10 rounds to KO a fly and was also knocked out by an Adonis Stevenson jab. The biggest issue here is that Bellew doesn't know when to give up and unless he gets sparked out cold he will just keep getting up and getting battered so it will need a strong ref to make sure that he doesn't end up badly hurt in hospital. Can see this being his last fight so hope he is getting paid well.
  13. If you play through the campaign first it will get you used to all the weapons/controls etc, if you play on normal/easy you can get through it in an evening and at least you'll be used to the tank/plane controls etc and should have a grip on your prefered weapon types
  14. anyone who wants a ps4 : PS4 500gb slim + Fifa 17, Uncharted 4, Mafia 3, Battlefield 1, Dishonored 2 & Titanfall 2 all for £279 at tesco direct, just add each thing to the basket individually to get the price The ps4 is 199 & you basically get fifa & uncharted free with the other games at £20 each when you buy the console so if you didn't want mafia for example the lot would be 259
  15. Guessing it was probably Wonder boy but could also have been Wardner Both mid to late 80's but were still around in a few chip shops & video shop arcades in the early 90's
  16. http://www.americansweets.co.uk/product/search?search=+saltwater+taffy B&M bargains seem to stock lots of US sweets/candy too
  17. i loved wings too, all/most of the cinemaware games were enjoyable, even the three stooges. Rocket Ranger was always a fave & still play defender of the crown to this day (usually drag out the philips cdi a couple of times per year for a run through). As i said in my earlier post there are simply far too many from the c16/64/amiga era to narrow down to a top 10, The sheer amount of hours spent on football manager games like the original FM, the double, tracksuit manager, football director must be in the thousands. I have seen a few other faves mentioned such as north & south & lotus esprit turbo challenge too which is cool If you haven't chipped a 20p shaped football onto your own head & ran the length of the length of the pitch into the "net" on international soccer you haven't lived Anyone looking for a trip down memory lane could do worse than suggesting these books if someone is stuck for an xmas pressie for you. http://www.funstockretro.co.uk/retro-gaming-books
  18. Far too many old c64/amiga games to list but a few that would stand out are : Bubble Bobble, Rainbow Islands, Speedball 2, The Last Ninja & all of the Epyx Summer/Winter games series Zelda Ocarina Of Time (N64) Resident Evil 4 (Gamecube) Shenmue (Dreamcast) Phantasy Star Online (Dreamcast) Alan Wake (Xbox 360)
  19. any of you non-leaguers tried Danny Rowe from AFC Fydle (Conf North) to see if he as good in the game as in real life? Scored 37 last year and is already on 23 league goals this season
  20. FIFA enforced it due to the Scotland sleeves & shorts being white. Could make things a little more complicated looking up to try and cross a ball with players side-on to you i guess
  21. 10 year old kid is tired at 3 o clock in the morning.... what a shocker. In all fairness he probably shouldn't have been onstage but how often do you get to see your dad become president
