  1. I doubt it would solve any hunger problems. Money doesn't create food. In fact I doubt that much money has any real meaning, because there's nothing you can actually use it for, and trying to mobilise it would drive the world into impossible inflaction due to ludicrously high money supply. Just another example of the press trying to say its all someone elses fault and there's an easy fix. Glad you cleared that up, so they are really doing us all a f favour, Fair play to the tax dodgers, thieves and crooks amongst them for thinking of us in such a self sacrificing way
  2. Tony Blair is a Tory supporter  Very much so, well probably
  3. finally giving horrible crows - Elsie a listen despite having had it for ages, this is Brian Fallon of the Gaslight Anthems other band
  4. I've done about 40hrs without sleep, was up for work at 5am, did usual day,had to go to hospital with wife on the evening, was there all night, turned out she was ok, so went straight to work in the morning, finished work at 4pm, got home about 6pm, had dinner went to bed about 9pm. wasn't that hard as i was occupied most the time, couldn't do it just for the sake of doing it.
  5. Of course he can do what he wants, he can justify his lack of respect and consideration for someone he considers to be in a relationship with to himself all he wants, but then of course you are free to also do whatever you want to, so feel free to get rid of him and kick him in the bollocks for good measure for being a shifty chancer of low moral fiber
  6. I would like to add to this discussion, but all the comedians I like seem perfectly capable of standing
  7. haven't they gone bust yet. this is getting frustrating waiting for the inevitable, I've got about 82 pence in loose change burning a hole down the back of the sofa, thought i might buy them for a laugh, i know some would see this a ludicrous, and they could be right, 82p might be overvaluing them quite a bit.
  8. lets have a look at Norwich, 2 league cup wins, same as blose, 3rd place finish in the premier league, far better than anything sha have done, have fans that actually attend games, hmmm yes Norwich, the small heath retard is almost right they are nowhere near blose's level, they are far better than that.
  9. I think OP is onto something (or should that be on something) however i also think he's out with the name, Ladies and Gentlemen I hereby present the new name for the West midlands county "Greater Astonvillatownshire"
  10. i think I also saw Neil Davis make a sub appearance for Villa
  11. I was at that game, but Richard Walker scored 2 goals for Villa, he got one against Watford as well
  12. Had a quick scan through he thread seen a few mentioned play, but hasn't seen anyone mention Rob Edwards
  13. I'm sure if McClueless sticks around he'd see you as a good option
  14. I'm not advocating buying this place, but it does seem to offer a lot of space for your money, obviously you've looked into the possible problems associated with prefabs, but to help make a decision, I'd also see what I could find out about the value of the land as a building plot, and the possibility of rebuilding on it at some later date. It seems to be on a decent block of land but then it is also attached so this has to be factored in.
  15. I think mc'lose will be looking for a draw but we'll suffer a defeat, if it's a narrow one, The clueless one will see it as a good result against an elite club
  16. My father in law (a spurs fan) said we were safe after we beat Fulham, I just didn't feel as comfortable as he did about our situation and I predicted we would slowly be caught by the teams below us as the end of season as the relegation battlers form picked up while we continued to go for 0-0's, eventually dropping into the bottom three right at the end of the season (either on the last weekend or the penultimate one), it's still been harrowing to see my prediction coming true and I still hope I'm proven wrong, but I don't think it will be through our own results if we do.
  17. We need a win, but I think a draw is the maximum we can hope for, But we will lose.
  18. If if if and if. Get a grip mate, they're gonna finish in the playoffs. I'm not sure what I need to get a grip of, I merely pointed out that blose are far from being the 'form team' going into the playoffs, as a previous poster alluded to. Nobody could really be described as the 'form team' at this moment. I don't think I used the word 'if' once, and proper comprehension of my post would note I actually concluded the necessary events for them to miss out would be unlikely, again hardly showing a lack of having 'a grip'.
  19. Too right, such as laws introduced as anti-terrorist surveillance being used to poke around in peoples lives by organisations that have nothing to do with either the police or security or intelligence agencies. "PJ" Proudhon, who died in 1865. Unfortunately politicians incorrectly believe they do have the right, wisdom and virtue, to inflict upon us unfair, unjust and just plain wrong laws and taxes
  20. Too right, such as laws introduced as anti-terrorist surveillance being used to poke around in peoples lives by organisations that have nothing to do with either the police or security or intelligence agencies.
  21. I wouldn't say blose are the form Team, They had a pretty poor run of form followed with 3 wins on the bounce followed by 4 draws, they stayed in the playoffs due to nobody else having any sort of decent run, the three wins then gave them soem breathing space. it's more of a case of nobody, being on form at the moment. however we can all pray that Middlesborough wake up this weekend and beat an almost promoted Southampton, Cardiff and Blackpool then both have very winnable games, blose could easily lose to Brighton. That would see blose going into next week at home to Reading needing one point (lets hope Reading want to finish the season off properly), then Middlesborough would have a winnable game at Watford. Not an Impossible set of events, unlikely though, it would require blose not to get lucky, and over the last few years luck is something they have enjoyed more than their fair share of. lets hope luck does indeed even out.
  22. 2-0 to Liverpool already, To be Honest as much as I'm enjoying Liverpool's recen't troubles, A sound defeat for Blackburn wouldn't be a bad thing
  23. I can see points for both Blackburn at home to Liverpool, and for QPR at home to Swansea, The Nightmare scenario of both winning could easily happen. I'm not even confident of Manutd beating Wigan away.
