    he has done that sort of through ball quite a few times. Did that for the first everton goal last year and one other.

    I dunno if it's just me, but I think he'd look a lot better if we had another option to play in his position, so we aren't running him into the ground.

    not a good game again, gets outmuscled from the ball quite often. if that chance falls to him at the end, though, instead of Bailey we end with 3 points

    it gets much worse. Claudio & Gregg were high school teammates their wives, Danielle & Rosalind were roommates and 4 year teammates at UNC (where Gregg played as well). it is quite the classic soap opera

    yep, I think a loan until summer & with another loan in the summer provided, we are getting another striker in the door then

    if we win this game, it really splits the top 12 teams away from the bottom 8

    this is where I stand. I don't know if there's another striker out there that is attainable in this January window which will improve our squad. And if we are loaning out Archer, we really shouldn't be selling Ings as well in the same window. I'd imagine he would improve a lot of teams around us as well

    I also read that they are overpaying Fernandez's release clause so they can spread the payments out over a longer period of time

    he has been doing it consistently since Unai has come through the door. and we need to shift some of the midfielders out before we should entertain any new midfield signings. We currently have 7/25 players who play in the center of midfield without counting the likes of Coutinho, Buendia & Chambers who can play there as well. FWIW, Douglas would be the best center mid at Everton by miles currently

    Ronaldo apparently was close to going to Kansas City of all places but ended up in Saudi. Who knows what Chelsea are going to be in a few years. Have spent a fortune on youngish "first team" players (like Carney) but who knows where they will fit in

    thought he and Buendia were pretty anonymous in the first half. Turns out it was all a part of Emery-ball and had a great 2nd half.
