listening to the villa view, he had the most tackles for us with 7, which was interesting. Very well taken goal as well

what they really need to do imo is get released academy products who don't make it to the senior level and provide a pathway for them to get refereeing courses and help moving up the ladder.

I agree, they are our 2 most important & best players currently Outstanding work to get him to sign an extension, otherwise we would be real in trouble to figure out his replacement.

if they are going to continue with going after a club that starts with a V, what about Vasco da Gama & getting that foothold in Brazil? we have 2 VdG academy graduates in the 1st team already, Dougie & Coutinho. Not sure about the rules regarding Brazilian club ownership but there is a Red Bull club there & one of the Palace investors holds a stake in another, while the City group have also started investing in a team I believe. -
outside of Dougie/Kamara, I think he's the only other nailed on starter we currently have for next season **not to say that other players we have now will not be starting next year. Replacing his skill set will be an extremely difficult task -- there aren't many strikers out there with his pace, willingness to close down defenders, and also have the ability to stick one in the back of the net.

I thought he was fine when he came on. subbing Luiz off for him was not the reason that we lost. perfectly capable as a squad rotation player for us at the minute.

just back from VP. thought we played quite decently against the one of the best teams in the PL. we got unlucky- Bailey's shot hit the bar and out, Jorginho's hit the bar and the back of Martinez and in. Durán looks good, Watkins was pretty good as well today. Coutinho scoring is going to give him a shot of confidence in the next weeks i hope.

now I have a European club to support. Excited to see what this does on both sides tbh. I know that the feeder club idea is not the most popular, but if we (NSWE/VSport) are serious about challenging at the top end, this is almost certainly the way to go. -
