    that would be interesting -- can a governing body control that type of contract offer? I also read somewhere that they are using a club option to extend which is then automatically triggered extending the contract. Not sure if that's correct but it's a classic fm trick I've used

    who's this "proven, quality striker" that is available and on the market? There are much bigger clubs who will be after these same players, for example Man United just signed Wout Weghorst to be their striker. and in terms of games, Durán has not played many full game -- a lot of those appearances were sub appearances

    according to Ornstein, the next "frontier" for multi-club ownership is Poland. There is not any links with NSWE there, but I wonder if that's a place we might be looking as well.

    well there's just not enough strikers around at the minute and almost every PL team outside of Man City & Spurs are after a striker. Manchester United just signed ******* Wout Weghorst on loan. Leeds splashed a club record 36m on Georginio Rutter, a French striker who has 10 goals over roughly 1.75 Bundesliga seasons. Everton needs a new striker after Maupay signed. It's very crazy, there is just a real dearth of top league strikers available for teams. Durán is a shot in the dark with huge potential

    it was mentioned on the villa view that we have not directly signed any players from South America (and North America as well IIRC) since JPA. definitely a market we should be looking at supplementing our squad with.

    I’d really like to see both Digne & him on the left with Álex in that left midfield/attacking mid role .
