    I'm absolutely **** miserable right now, I've finally managed to catch Covid and it has absolutely wiped me out, I'm onto day 11 now, spent the first 4 days bed ridden and I'm still feeling rough as ****. Took a test yesterday and the red line is still as thick as anything, surely it should be getting fainter now.

    Justin Hawkins made a video on that Hi Ren dude a while back I thought the song was alright but that Ren comes across as a middle class twerp trying to sound street, he did a song to the backing tack of Bittersweet Symphony and it made my ears bleed

    Drive by Truckers have remastered their best album The Dirty South I don't have a problem with that but they have also re-recorded the vocals on several of the tracks (including Putting People on the Moon) I haven't listened to them yet, I wanna listen to the album in full and see how jarring it is, Patterson Hoods vocals have completely changed in the 20 odd years since the album was released so hearing how it stands up now will be interesting. Seems like they've gone to a lot of hard work for nothing though because this was DBT's at their peak especially with Jason Isbell being part of the band.

    I've always enjoyed Black Mirror, I started watching the first episode without having a clue what it was about, next thing I know I'm watching the prime minister wank off a pig, brilliant stuff. Like everyone else has said it is difficult to nail down just a few favourite episodes because there is always another one that pops into your head.

    Saying "if it was the villa you wouldn't be complaining" doesn't quite stand up to over 100 charges of cheating though does it. I'm not going to pat them on the back and congratulate them, f*ck them, I'd nuke them down to the conference with a 5 year transfer ban to prove a point.

    OK then, Blur ending their hiatus has received very little press or attention in comparison to the attention Oasis are getting by not getting back together

    They are all mates now so if that did happen then it'll be completely contrived on all sides, but, lets be honest, Blur reuniting is small time compared to Oasis reuniting, whether you like Oasis or not it will be massive news, Blurs come back has received very little press or attention in comparison the the attention Oasis are getting by not getting back together.

    Then they are fools, 95% of the music that I listen to is from the 70's and before, the only "modern" stuff I listen to is country music and I doubt that you'll be getting questions about Tyler Childers crop up in the local pub quiz
