    Seeing Grealish playing in that stunning new villa kit the other night - aroused feelings in my nether regions that for the 54 years of my life so far has been reserved for the opposite sex - I am a very uncomfortable with it. For that reason alone I won't be to concerned if we do sell him. I am all man !

    so he had talks with Bruce yesterday ...but didn't sign. thats never a good omen esp with another club waiting in the wings. think he will choose celtic myself.

    Said all along - do a deal @ £25m+ - We clear FFP and have the chance to freshen up our squad a bit. Sorry to see him go and he oozzes class and those body swerves are to die for - his big flaw for me is in front of goal, hopefully he can work on that. I hope he forces his way into the spurs and England team and generally dazzles ...good luck Jack.

    If he stays and plays I reckon he will be our leading scorer - but that could still be very low tally with Hogan, and Davis the other strikers.

    Elphick and Kjodia the low points. Thought steer did pretty well - certainly doesn't look a downgrade on Johnson. Jack a different class - apart from him no real standout performers. Pretty sure we will get a striker in some shape or form before Aug 31

    This is the key for me. I am just not seeing many goals in that team - only perhaps Kjodia being a regular scorer - the much fabled u23's all seem to be injured ! - really hope we get Abraham on loan.

    Really ?- all clubs sell players - at a price - I wouldn't say that makes them criminally stupid. I wouldn't think any less of our new owners if they sell Grealish for £30m - In fact I would give them kudo's for getting double the figure being touted around 3 weeks ago

    Realistically £25m+ and he can go - if he wants too . We can't offer champions league, PL football , or England selections - hell we might only be an average championship side ! - JG has glittering career ahead of him - but he is also one bad tackle away from it being all over......

    Really confused with whats happening with FFP now - as the new owners don't seem to be concerned:- Scenario's 1.It never was an issue and Xia was hiding behind it because he was skint 2.Its believed not be an issue - but the new owners haven't understood the garvity of it 3.It is still an issue - but the new owners are playing brinkmanship - knowing or secretly hoping that a big bid comes in for grealish 4.It is an issue - but not yet 5.The new owners have put a plan to EFL to reduce our losses

    Where does this come from ? - COH is nowhere near the level that Grealish was at his his age. Sure he has excelled for u23's - but thats totally different to doing it in the first team. He is currently injured. IMO its wishful thinking that he can step in and fill the boots of Grealish next season.

    a 'carry on for now' for Bruce - and a loan signing of a very inexperienced goalkeeper. Grealish still looks set for spurs imo. very early days - and at least we arent in administration....but i am not sensing a brave new world here.

    Don't know much about him. But we hear this often about Liverpool youth players, how great they are. IMO he will be overated by a factor of 10 or more - a bit like scott carson who was going to the england keeper for the next years ....and we know what happened there. Won't be two sorry if this one doesn't come off - and would give a wide berth to any 18 year old who were are contractually obliged to play
