  3. I’ll get in before lock... This won’t affect Villa as our players were no where near any Leicester players on Monday night.
  4. The problem with our performances is not just about the lack of fight or effort, although clearly there is not much of it in evidence. When i watch i see not clear strategy, not clear tactics and no clear game plan other than give the ball to Jack and when Jack is out of the game, well !!!!! I see no ability with the manager to change things when things are going wrong. We just change like for like and carry on doing the same thing with different players. I really did not expect anything from last nights game in terms of points, i was hopeful but i didnt expect anything. The real disappointment is the dire performance we have all seen far too often and sadly i think we will see some more of this before the season is over.
  5. people like me can see the bigger picture..... do you want me to explain
  6. we can all moan about VAR and the penalty but reality is thats a very poor excuse. Mings gave the ref an option to make a decision. we have been second best to everything and have not been in the game at all embarrassing
  7. Smith has totally screwed this up. Changes should have been made at half time.
  8. No changes. Chronic management. What is going to be so different in the second half with a midfield that have not been in the game. He really needs to do something different given the circumstances we are in. It is not rocket science.
  9. we are dog shit....even before that calamity. It was just a matter of time. our midfield look like they have never played together before. it is woeful, why hasnt the manager done something to change what is clearly not working.....he had better make changes at half time or that will be it for him with me
  10. i dont know what Hourihane, Luiz and Elmo have done so far....
  11. our players aint got a clue who or how to mark from set pieces......shocking
  12. The wife just asked me whether i love football or her the most. I said 'open your legs and i'll show you' So i nut megged her
  13. So sad.... tremendous footballer with silky skills and one of our own Keep the faith Sid
  14. not a single clean sheet away from home all season..... absolute damming stat and in part the reason we are where we are. unfortunately i can see that continuing tonight so i think we will need to score two to win
  15. I'd forgotten how big Davenports were back in the day.....
  16. Here’s another old photograph of Villa Park under construction. Amazing.
  17. Going out of business would be better so they can all **** off to Solihull Borough. EDIT; Apologies to Solihull Borough
