General, The fixtures are now sorted out on the O/S....just the 'live' countdown counter now.... Any news on how the Holte Pub will operate on match days this season? will it be invite or first come first served? will the capacity be increased? Many Thanks

General, Can i draw your attention to the official web site? There are two things i think need looking at. 1) The next match is showing as Man City on the 16/8/08. Are we not playing in the Inter Toto before then? Surely this should be the next advertised match, either Turku or Odense? 2) I have asked this question before and did not get an answer so please forgive me for asking again. The match countdown (also counting down to Man City match) does not countdown 'live' Why can't this countdown real time? At the moment every time you log on it is just frozen at the time you have logged on. IMO a live countdown would be far more effective. Thanks for all of the answers you give on this and other sites.

Good article, but as good as it is The General has said many times on his thread that AVFC will not be doing anything in the public domain on this issue... Can the fans complain and send this or other e-mails into the FA?

General, I noticed that last season the official site had a countdown to the next match which did'nt actually countdown. It only gave the 'static' time to the match from when you logged in. Is there any chance we could have a 'live' countdown like this one used by Warwickshire County Cricket Club? www.edgbaston.com and can this be set up for the start of the season? Maybe we could have one for when the fixtures are out and then the next match. In my opinion it is an improvement on what we have.....and it would help me count down to the new season. General, I have just watched the reserves draw 1-1 on Arsenal TV on SKY which got me thinking....... and i apologise if this has been asked before but i cant spend the time reading all 411 pages of your thread. Are there any plans to have a Villa TV channel on SKY like Manchester United, Chelsea, Liverpool, Arsenal, Celtic, Rangers and Real Madrid have? Have the club looked at this as a way of spreading the Villa brand worldwide?

General, Can i be so pertinant to say? draw a line under the season ticket thing and call it a day, you will not be able to appease everyone!!! you can please some but not all, that is allways going to happen. If not you will be trying to justify yourself and Randy for a long time......and you have no need to do that at all...after all that has gone on what did people expect? a price reduction...i think not. Anyway, onto a question...is anything being done about the catering for next season?.....with a near full house at evey game, trying to get served at half time is a nightmare...i sit in the Trinity Upper, and to get sereved i have to miss the last 5 mins of the first half or stand in a queue for 15 mins and miss the start of the 2nd hafl. There is a lot of unused space in that area that could be used for catering....and thus speeding up the service and increasing revenue for the club...i have some ideas on how this can be improved....can i share this with anyone at the club???? General, I have been searching the official site for details of stadium tours and the corner flag restaurant. I am interested in making a group booking for a tour and meal on a Sunday. Unless i am looking in the wrong place i can't find details anywhere. Surely this is the sort of detail that should be readily available on the site? Tour times and prices, restaurant opening hours, sample menus, wine list, prices etc. I'm sure if this was more widely visible more people would book.

What pub did you go to?....i was in the Orwell and it was crap....Carlsberg in plastic glasses is probably the worst Carlsberg in the world........will not go there again if they stay up.....good report....that rain and wind just cut staight through you.....just starting to warm up.....still a very nice 3 points with Everton and Pompey losing
