    To be honest, looking at our side and bench from the weekend. We dont really have much choice but to go strong. Unai played 2 keepers on the bench, that says to me that he doesnt really trust anyone else. If you didnt make the squad at the weekend, id be shocked to see you involved on Wednesday. A couple of small tweaks for me. Bring in Carlos, Tieleman's, Olsen, and Duran/Archer.

    i still think we really need someone to compete with Watkins. Unai mentioned when we replaced Ings that he wanted someone to compete with Watkins so it feels like this is still very much needed. He doesnt trust Archer and Duran is very very raw.

    while its not the point. I dont think everyone buys a single drink so you shouldnt assume 2 get sold. The lower holte has to be the example here, with the introduction of technology and self service areas they have pretty much removed wait times.

    Im fairly sure that villa listed "bottle tops" as one of the key benefits of the terrace view seating.

    i dont think we should get carried away here, a small minority treated it the wrong way. The majority i spoke to just commented with jealousy of how good it looked. Im starting to think id contemplate it for next season

    I think it was one of those games where he really wanted a goal and knew he would get loads of chances, he probably tried a bit too hard. A bit like Brentford last year where he eventually scored on his 3rd attempt. I really wanted him to score as well, always good to get the season under way. One thing i did like is when Luiz picked up the ball for the pen, Watkins was one of the first over to wish him luck. As others have said, would have been easy to be annoyed as Pickford robbed him of an easy chance. Also interesting to see him come off, Watkins almost never comes off.

    what i now like is that if you use the self serve kiosk in the lower holte, they dont remove the caps. If you use the bar, they remove the caps, if you use the Delhi Grill, they sometimes pour the bottle of fanta into a plastic cup. Mental

    I think he will improve with those around him. Diaby and Watkins on form means that Bailey isn't getting the ball with 2 to beat. Cash also getting forward much more to support him today.

    Wasn't it 25 and then 35. I think the key is it has to work for both, if I'm sheff united and you tell me you want a buy back, I'd want it to be worth my while. 50m sounds worth my while, 30m doesn't, maybe 40 is about right.

    Was excellent today but not really troubled. Combined really well with Torres and the quality of balls into the box was excellent.

    I'm trying to work out if it is that big. I think any player we buy to replace Watkins would come in at over 50m these days. That's the only way I see him coming back tbh, if he's good enough to be our starting forward.

    Yes agree, from my work with the Spanish, I often find they would use the phrase doubts to mean questions. Tell is your doubts often meant ask us questions about the things you don't fully understand yet. Not a negative connotation.

    They do have the Pie place in the LowerHolte and the Kebab place. Both an improvement but it could still be better. If you want an old fashioned burger and chips or a steak and kidney pie, its still rubbish.

    i know we can work around it, i just still hate pointless processes. Either let me take it in or ban everyone from taking anything that could be a weapon.

    You dont have to sign for normal season tickets, they aren't exactly cheap.

    A positive, the new options provided in the lower holte last year for purchasing refreshments are excellent. Self serve, staff less kiosk and the pre order have been brilliant In helping to reduce queues and wait times around the bars. The food is unfortunately poor still in the stadium, the quality from the external caterers is much much better and I quite like the fan zones. Would be great to see them expanded with more options. During the winter, would the club consider letting the street food caterers come into the stadium? Final thought is I would love to understand the policy on drinks bottles. I can't buy a coke with a lid (which would stop my lad spilling it) buy the old guy next to me can take in a 2 litre thermos with boiling water.

    i wouldnt start him, mainly because im so nervous about his injury record. I also think Everton may try and start brightly, capitalise on a lack of confidence following the Newcastle result. I wouldnt be adverse to seeing him introduced at half time though so he can build slowly.

    I dont know anything about Acuna but ive heard people say he can cover either flank. Is it possible that we come in RB/LB cover and we dont see a direct RB. Especially as its likely we will see 3 centre halves often in the back 4.

    the info about the plane is reliable. Is the info about the passenger list reliable?

    the few things that are worrying here, we talked flippantly about moving on the likes of Digne and managing our FFP compliance. That still leaves us a long way from being profitable. Im not sure its sustainable for us to be 100m into the pockets of our owners every year. Eventually even billionaires get bored of that.

    i know, im clearly a little facetious, clearly we have a big push to drive up revenue, the club will be comparing us with the money Brighton are generating on player sales, the money spurs are generating from their stadium and we are lagging a long way behind. Raising ticket prices and player sales will continue to be drivers im sure, at the same time, it doesnt make sense to me to that we would turn down something easy like a stadium sponsor. I cant stand the logo on our home shirt, but its become a widely accepted thing. A name in front of villa park is money for nothing as far as im concerned.

    if it means my season ticket doesnt go up by 20% next year, they can call it what they want. Ill still call it Villa Park
