  1. This BBC News reporting is one of the best comedies I’ve seen for a while!
  2. Made it to the bench! I hope he sticks around, he has such a rugged yet kind face.
  3. Watching the BBC News for the first time during this event, and I have to say it’s absolutely glorious. Hilarious scenes! edit: until we’ve moved on to actual news, about Ukraine. Awful.
  4. Walking off doesn’t mean anything. I said after the replay he’ll limp off in a few minutes and we won’t see him again this season. ACL always looks innocuous.
  5. First, no. Second, no. Third, it’s like comparing apples and oreos.
  6. Surely not everybody was Kung Fu fighting?
  7. Celebs don’t actually walk past the coffin. The VIP Lane takes them to a box situated above where the camera is, where Pimms and marmalade sandwiches are provided, and TVs show live horse racing.
  8. If someone dies in The Queue, will other members of The Queue queue up to pay their respects to their brethren when the time comes?
  9. This is genuinely an example of how it could be run though. The referee has presumably been challenged by the manager and/or fans, and has then gone to review the evidence free of bias from colleagues.
  10. He should’ve been invited. They could’ve even taken him for a trip to Salisbury Cathedral
  11. Bacuna getting everything on his phone at the end of El Spastico
  12. Coutinho is/was an elite athlete, and Jack has had plenty of injuries too. But he does a lot of partying as well, so why wouldn't you except he could deteriorate in the same way if not faster?
  13. Sorry, I just don’t find Christmas that memorable.
  14. Well that should’ve been a red in anyone’s book besides the officials on the day! I don’t know what the actual rules are though.
  15. Doesn't it depend on the type of offense? Or at least it should. Dangerous play like a potential leg breaking challenge would be a red card even if there was then deemed to be an offside before it happened, whereas a handball like you say wouldn't. Removing the shirt if more like the former, at least in terms of disciplinary action - you can't do it, doesn't matter if the ball is in play (in fact, it isn't after players score).
  16. Isn't (much) better battery life the feature that most people want now?
