Things you often Wonder

Are Harvesters any good? I've never eaten at one, and when ever I've seen adverts for it, the food looks rank. Have I been missing out?

I like em, the best thing on the menu is either the boneless half duck, or the BAAAABY BACK RIBS.

I like the salad cart too.

But a lot of people moan about it like Nandos.

Harvesters are ok, as long as you're not expecting too much.

Half decent food free salad.

Just don't go to the one near me (Arden Oak). It's shabby as ****. Depresses me.

Unfortunately that is the one I go to.

I'll probably be in there on Christmas day infact for a few beers before dinner, that's generally the only time I'll go in there.

Needs a lick of paint, to say the least.

I don't mind Harvesters, but I@ll happily drive to the one in Shirley to avoid going to the Arden Oak, despite the fact it's less than a mile from my house.

Harvesters... above or below Toby Carverys in the chain pub pecking order?

I'd say above.

But having worked in a carvery (not a Toby) in my school/uni days, I've probably got a warped view of them.
