It says way more about the manager than the player. It's a poor decision made by a manager not coping with the pressure. Rashford needs to get out of that club ASAP. Surely evening of a match day is a pretty good time to organise a party, given you're just going to be resting anyway, and its the furthest possible time from the next match? Yes and factor in availability of other family and friends etc. Ten Hag is trying to act all hard and strict on the team while he's under pressure but is basically just coming across as a knob.
