SikhInTrinity
The problem with Chelsea, their policy of buying all these top quality your products doesn't seem to work if your not ready to bring them through. Look at Josh McEachran, he was the next big thing but he's been sent on loan for the past few seasons. Gael Kakuta was also the next big thing, he might aswell just sign for Vitesse on a permanent basis.

PaulC
Mourinho losing the plot? Stormed out of the champs league press conference as apparently didn't want to answer questions on mata/de bruyne etc.. Still would like to know what has happened with de bruyne, got a lot of praise during the summer, got a good assist opening day and now doesn't get into the squad Yes and he had a pop publicly about De Bruyne saying he was left out because he didn't like his performance against Swindon and the way he trains. That is so wrong. How must De Bruyne feel. Can we have him on loan please. He is ruining the kid. A brilliant player.
Guest av1
I did half see his point in the press conference. First their constantly asking about mata, now De Bruyne. The questions must get tiresome after a while, though I agree the little dig was unnecessary.

Guess they think biting is worse than clawing just as a minor bite is worse than a gbh tackle against another footballer.

Zatman
he did but he treated him digracefully at start, I remember one game he dragged him off after 25 minutes along with SWP. another he scored winner at Anfield and all he got was criticism in post game interview. though coinicidental a certain Premier League manager has lost his job for doing similar things in last few weeks and got criticized for it
Jimzk5
Letting torress off also contradicts the rule book of any movemont of hand to face in an act of agression is a red card. CrackpotForeigner
Torres has made himself look pretty pathetic with that scratch business. Agree that Suarez wouldn't have got away with it, and I don't know how he has.

magnkarl
I'm afraid that Mourinho is getting worse and worse at the immature primadonna behaviour, he's such a distasteful figure that he'll never stay at a club for long as he seems pretty unable to actually make friends. I find his whole attitude distasteful, and if he wasn't in his current line of work he'd be given a real bollocking by his boss and probably lose his job. AVB is totally different, and seems to have Mourinho's tactical nouse, but also a bit of class. The fact that the British media are worshiping him as a god doesn't help his complexes, if a lower league coach said what Mourinho spouts week in and out he'd be branded a lunatic. What he did at Porto will always have my respect, but the jobs afterwards have been a cash-saturated FM dream. My nan could win the league with the budget he had with Chelski, Inter and Madrid. mikeyp102
Yep I'd agree magnkarl. First time around I liked mourinho as he riled fergie and wasn't too bad. But since joining Madrid he seems to have got a hell of lot worse. It's probably why he was overlooked for the utd job.

It was intent to harm an opponent. Edited October 1, 2013 by Jimzk5
Guest av1
Chelsea Loan XI: Courtious, Hutchinson, van Aanholt, Chalobah, Wallace, Romeu, McEachran, Marin, Piazon, Moses, Lukaku There are worse teams In the prem.
VillaChris
Van Aanholt still out on loan blimey, Chelsea do have a habit of loaning players out season after season without ever actually doing anything with them, someone mentioned Kakuta aswell up the page. Czechlad
Chelsea and City clearly have the best squads in the league but they just have not played their best so far. I had Chelsea as the title winners with City barely missing out.
Avfc96
According to the mail they are still paying Di Matteo £130,000 a week. Absolute madness. Chelsea still paying Di Matteo £130,000 a week despite sacking manager last year By NEIL ASHTON PUBLISHED: 16:08, 12 November 2013 | UPDATED: 17:27, 12 November 2013 27 shares 9 View comments Roberto Di Matteo is still being paid £130,000 a week by Chelsea despite being sacked 12 months ago. The Italian was unable to reach a settlement with owner Roman Abramovich on his three-year deal when he was fired six months after winning the Champions League as interim boss. Di Matteo has already banked almost £7million and will continue to pick up the king-sized salary until next June, meaning he is reluctant to take on another job for less money. VIDEO Scroll down to see how Sunderland fans wanted Di Matteo at helm earlier this year Winning feeling: Roberto Di Matteo was sacked by Chelsea despite winning the Champions League After winning European football's premier trophy and the FA Cup, Di Matteo was given the job on a permanent basis but was soon replaced with Rafa Benitez who in turn made way for Jose Mourinho at the end of last season. Fulham are the latest club to show an interest in the 43-year-old as the pressure mounts on beleaguered boss Martin Jol. The Dutchman is fighting to keep his job after a difficult start to the season, but looks set to survive until at least Fulham's clash against Swansea after international break. Under pressure: Martin Jol is struggling at the helm of Fulham after a difficult start to the season Meanwhile, Brazil midfielder Ramires is confident Chelsea can 'win it all' under Mourinho this season. The Blues battled to a 2-2 draw against West Brom at Stamford Bridge on Saturday, but only after a controversial penalty deep into stoppage-time awarded by referee Andre Marriner when Ramires went down in the box following a shoulder challenge from Steven Reid. Following Arsenal's defeat at Manchester United on Sunday, Chelsea are now just four points off the Barclays Premier League summit and have also recovered from a slow start to top their Champions League group. Ramires feels Mourinho's squad can continue to grow in the months ahead.
