We need to start keeping players Randy knows this. I will be shocked if these managers are even being considered. Still think it will be a positive shock appointment! If anything is known, it is there is no need to worry. Randy and crew will not get it wrong this time. just needs to meet all interview criteria. Other than fluking the League Cup win his major contribution to English management is to get SHA relegated twice in the past couple of seasons. I really hope it is going to be a positive shock appointment but if that is the case then why was a Wigan manager approached for interview? As second choice? Maybe as third or fourth choice? Either way as backup or as one of several candidates. Fact is that we can't buy success as we have no hope of competing against the big boys, the only way for us to get significant success in the future is to get in a young, talented manager who can oversee gradual improvement in the long term.
