With that kind of money I expect he'd be able get even Ancelotti. He'd certainly be able to get managers like Hughes and Benitez in, who are all better managers. cj_iow Posted June 15, 2011 Share Posted June 15, 2011 Ah the good old ever reliable mysterious sky sources Sorry still not buying into the media wave, in the last 10 mins I have gone back an again read the statement from last night and again it clearly highlights that AM only meets 2 of the 4 required elements the most important being sharing the vision of the future AKA ingraining the passing game into the club at all levels so the youth is self sustainable, GH showed he was going that wat, RM shows it's where he wants to go, there is no evidence of this in AM's locker. I asked the question earlier but it got lost in the amount of posts. If nothing official has been stated by say 5pm Friday and we are still in possession of exactly the same amount of facts at our current disposal at what point would fans stop believing the media humdrum and just go by facts? OK, thats fair enough, but a lot of these high hopes and speculations could have been quashed a week ago. Randy allows the rumours of Ancellotti to go the rounds, when there was probably only a courteous nod in the Italians direction. And all along, it looks as if he was after just one man........right or wrong. People will doubtless make comparisons, but at the end of the day, its the diffference between buying a Bentley Continental or settling for the knackered old write-off Escort!
