I will get behind the team and Mcliesh no matter how much im against the appointment but i have lost all faith in the board unfortunatly they have practially stuck their fingers up to the fans its a disgrace. the thing that dissapoints me the most is we ar going to play such ugly football and it will be so boring to watch i try to go to a few games each season but im broke most of the time now i really dont see the point in wasting my money.

being realistic if alex McLeish is our manager then we will be looking at 10th - 14th place however im willing to let that slip as long as there is an improvement i say give him 3 years tops and if we improve then give him another chance if not re asses the situation and get rid of him as long as we dont get relegated AM is not the end of the world its not like we have been winning trophies recently.

you know there has been that much talk and aggro over the next appointment that it's not even exciting anymore it's just getting boring and we know nothing. What we have is a despicable club airing their laundry in public view (Birmingham, that is - not villa). The only other club to go public was Wigan - because that was always going to look good for them. Why does that imply that Martinez and McLeish are the ONLY managers they have approached? Have a little faith. I agree. we were forced to declare interest in martinez due to David Whelan being very vocal. I believe all this business with McLeish is fairly substantial however i don't think he is 100% getting the job. After reading what Krulak has said i believe that McLeish has got an interview or has had an interview with the club however im certain we have interviewed many managers and that randy has told them that he will let them know whether they have been sucessful or not. I think that the way things look ATM is we can't rule out McLeish coming to villa yet their are other candidates which are in the view for the job and after randy has finished interviewing everyone the board will sit down and decide which candidate has stood out and will be best for the job.

i like how dave whelen said that he admires the way randy does business and if every club did business this way everything would run so much smoother. my answer to this is if every club conducted theirselves the way we have im pretty sure crawley town would be top of the prem.

it will be a disgrace if we get McLeish he couldn't keep what i thought to be a strong birmingham side in the prem his time in the transfer market is woeful signing most of our cast off players. surely we have more ambiton than him jesus christ i'd take McLaren over this guy.
