being realistic if alex McLeish is our manager then we will be looking at 10th - 14th place however im willing to let that slip as long as there is an improvement i say give him 3 years tops and if we improve then give him another chance if not re asses the situation and get rid of him as long as we dont get relegated AM is not the end of the world its not like we have been winning trophies recently.

you know there has been that much talk and aggro over the next appointment that it's not even exciting anymore it's just getting boring and we know nothing.
