I used to put my fingers into hot candle wax and then press just below the candle wax until the hardened imprint of each of my fingers is sculpted in wax. These sculptures of mine would rest on the table, but I wouldn't know what to do with them. So I'd put them back into the candle. Like the time I cracked just the very top off a raw egg. I poured the egg into a cup and then rinsed out the egg under the tap. I then had an egg that looked almost entirely full. Again I didn't know what to do with it, so I threw it out.
