Grealish asked to be one of the first five. Southgate told him no. Southgate is everywhere saying he personally chose the order based on penalty performance in training, hence bringing on Rashford and Sancho. He said Saka was one of the top takers in training so he wanted to use him. There was no stepping up allowed. Keane is a bitter old man talking nonsense.
