Everything you would have dreaded this morning.

Bazball is all well and good against an inferior opponent but try it against someone as good as or better than your and they'll put you to the sword.

We **** did wear them out yesterday!! We were like 188-1 and knocking them around the park at nearly 6 an over. Australia have gone from way behind in the game to firmly in control merely by bowling short and hoping each England batter in succession is smooth-brained enough to keep flogging it to the fielder. And they've obliged.

188-1 yesterday with the sun out, Lyon goes down injured and the Aussies turn to their last tactic and what do we do. Hand them the game on a plate. All we needed to do was ride out the 8-10 overs of short pitched bowling and we could easily be 350-2 at the moment and smacking them all around the park. Infuriating

they're all a **** embarrassment. Egos and morons. Fully behind an Aussie win. This is not entertaining or enjoyable from an English perspective. They are destroying Test cricket with their ego driven bollocks. **** em

Imagine if we were playing in Aus, our best spinner goes down injured and the opposition are smacking us around the park and then we reduce them to 311-7. Yep, I can't either.

We should have had a first innings lead, we should have one the first test. Instead Spazball ( sorry ) is handing the Ashes to Australia on a plate. Just beyond garbage "cricket"

How many had Australia scored before the new ball?

For all the bazball talk we can't be very far different from where they were if not behind.

There is reason many brilliant one day cricketers never make it in test cricket.

Different sports.

I'd like to see some direct questioning of Stokes in the media about his team and their reckless approach and why they haven't tackled this like they did India, South Africa and New Zealand, all of whom have good attacks that were played aggressively but not stupidly
