CVByrne
My word the Note 2 has some stunning features. The dual screen mode where you can run two apps or two browser windows in split screen. Awesome.
mjmooney Posted October 9, 2012 VT Supporter Share Posted October 9, 2012 Just to add to this, if your phone is struggling for signal, it'll actively search for it until it finds the signal again. This drains your battery quite quickly. For me, this also makes my phone quite hot. Yep, that'll be it. Thank you.
darrenm
Nexus 7 wins T3 tablet of the year http://awards.t3.com/categories/tablet-of-the-year/google-nexus-7 Nexus 7 wins T3 gadget of the year http://awards.t3.com/categories/gadget-of-the-year/google-nexus-7 Apparently iPad Mini will be £249-£299 and Apple are ordering 10m units to be built before Christmas, expecting mass sales. Goosus are making a 32GB version of the Nexus 7 around the same sort of time. Seems they're both lining up a cheap 16GB and more expensive 32GB 7" tablet to compete at Christmas. It's going to be tablet wars!

It's going to be tablet wars! The rumour I read last night was the 32gb Nexus would retail at the same price the 16gb currently does, the 16gb moves down to the 8gb price point and possibly the 8gb moves down to a $99.00 price point. Since they arent giving away the £15.00 worth of Play credit you can sort of see this happening. Anybody with a Nexus 7 had the new update as its supposed to release the Nexus for Landscape mode too. I havent had it as yet.
limpid Posted October 10, 2012 Administrator Share Posted October 10, 2012 Anybody with a Nexus 7 had the new update as its supposed to release the Nexus for Landscape mode too. I havent had it as yet. We're not in the US, we'll probably have to wait. If you want landscape you could install a different launcher app. I ran the stock launcher for about 3 minutes. You just chose an event + action For example event is 9am, action silent mode on, event is 6pm, action is silent mode off event I enter my home, action wifi on etc... It's excellent. Trust me guys, simple to use and so powerful
