This as been Chelsea for a good while now, they seem so lackluster. Not sure who to blame that on, but spending £200 million plus isn't going to solve that problem.

I think he’s been sabotaged in some respects by their transfer approach, it’s heaped even more pressure on him and makes the job difficult.
