GingerCollins29
Now Ings has left, whose it gonna be? Luiz for me, one of the best strikers of a ball we have.

VillaParkAvenue
Not really keen on anyone. Ramsey may be a bit young to handle the pressure, on the other hand he always finds the top corner.
icouldtelltheworld
Ramsey or Luiz are the only two from that list that I'd feel confident in
Mark Albrighton Posted January 20, 2023 VT Supporter Share Posted January 20, 2023 It’ll be Watkins I would imagine. Boring answer, but he’s taken three for us since he’s been here, scoring two. After him, it’s anyone’s guess. Young or Buendia would be the next in my mind. Luiz, maybe.
Guest av1
Ramsey, such a clean striker of the ball. For some reason (maybe unwarranted) I imagine Luiz would be trying something daft, like a penenka or a silly hop skip and jump style effort. turvontour
It really shouldn't matter should it? It's close to 9 out of 10 premier league penalties go in. If for whatever reason you cant score a penalty then dont take them.
flashingqwerty Posted January 20, 2023 VT Supporter Share Posted January 20, 2023 We are very poor on set piece takers really. I wouldn't bet on any of those netting 5 out of 5. Something we've lacked for a long time
VillaChris
Buendia is who I think would step up if on the pitch. Slotted one away no problem v Chelsea last season in the shoot out and think he'd be composed enough. Never really fancy Ollie. He always seems to be too precise and aiming for the far corner, the Wolves one last season just about trickled in.

messi11
Pens are all about the Mental side and IMO Emi Martinez has proven at the World Cup that he's World Class at Pens. I'd like to see him take them. Paraguay' had a goalkeeper called Chilavert who scored 67 goals and played in goal. Science says that the more powerful the kick is the greater the pen taker. We must follow the science. Edited January 20, 2023 by messi11
