He was disgraceful vs Newcastle as well the other day. Like a David Luiz clone with even more mistakes

Needs Evans alongside him really. Amartey and Luke Thomas are very poor players in Leicester backline. What a fall from grace for Soyuncu not to get near their team these days, guess they want to sell him but sure he was getting massively hyped two years ago?

Is Vestegaard still actually their player aswell, Southampton might aswell take him back for 5 quid.

West Ham net spend in the summer was over 150m, The David's will be telling each other this is why you dont spend any money

They seem to be playing a weird 5-2-3 tonight.

Emerson Palmieri been playing in England for four years and still have no idea if he's any good given he was on the fringes at Chelsea and played about five games for West Ham.

Pacqueta has talent but they're playing him more as a 4 tonight with Rice advanced.

TBH they're far more dangerous with bustling style of Antonio and Soucek but both have massively lost form in last year.

They'll still beat us in a few months of course.

Before I jinx it and they combine for an incredible comeback. Scamacca and Paqueta have done nothing so far for West Ham and criticism on here was that we should have signed both

Its why the Watkins criticism at times is laughable that he would walk into some teams that finished above us last season

Scamacca isn't a PL player in a million  years. They've made exactly the same mistake as they did with Haller and the Everton reject. Being a PL club is easy. You just spend 40m every season on shite footballers.

Just about 80m on complete shite, those who dont give Watkins any respect expose their lack of football knowledge

Their top 7 transfers are Haller, paqueta, Felipe Anderson, scamacca, zouma, aguerd and vlasic

All North of £30m, 3 of them only played there for 2 years

All in the vanity of playing the "West Ham way", I have no idea what that means

West Ham's quick demise is baffling. Who is to blame: Moyes or the porn peddling owners? Anyway, good news as an extra relegation cushion for serial under- achievers AVFC.

The question should be how did they fluke that good season

Because they were shit before and now they look like they've returned there

The build up of playing in Europe finally catches up if your squad isnt up for it. I think Noble retiring left a leadership void as well
