Sell Cavani, Lingard and Martial for about £45m between them and save the £600k a week in wages - that'd give you enough money to go out and Rice and Phillips - problem solved.

The weird thing about United is that they could lose those three and still be able to pick the three they've got today with Ronaldo, Greenwood, Diallo, Mata and Van Der Beek on the bench.

Doesn't matter what they do until they get their long term management plans in place

Not everyone is Ronaldo, too many too happy to play below par knowing the green and yellow scarves will be out long before souness looks past pogba and on to them

The Man United commercial juggernaut is too successful to be derailed by anything as trivial as failing on the pitch for nearly a decade.  :(

Hudson-Odoi has impressed me a lot last few games I’ve seen Chelsea. I admittedly didn’t get the hype at all at first and was quite critical, which was obviously a little harsh in hindsight particularly after he was recovering from a big injury.

Boring game, imagine a super league with games like this weekly

It would get more tedious with no fear of relegation.  Eventually it would end with 4 or 5 super super clubs just smashing the opposition each week before deciding matters between themselves.

The income would be so focused on those clubs that the likes or Arsenal would be utter paupers.
