Depends how you define "achieving"

4th year in the PL now, highest finish is 15th, currently sat in 16th, they are very much a member of the happy to be here brigade, it'll be interesting to see how long it takes for the PL buzz to wear off for their fans, they're a nothing club going nowhere showing very little signs of progress, potter will be judged harsher than Houghton

1000% disagree,  the owner is a Brighton fan and a billionaire, very much doubt the PL buzz will wear off.

Showed loads of signs of progress too, the stats rank amongst the best in the league, just been a bit unlucky.

They will be a top ten premier league Club in the next 5 seasons.

Lots of pretty play but no cutting edge. Not sure what they need to do to fix that. 20m on Maupay hasn't seemed to have helped. I look forward to playing them after the break. We match up really well against them.

So will wolves with the Portuguese influence, Leeds with bielsa, West ham with the new stadium, us with out billionaire owners, Newcastle if they get take over by the Saudis, Everton with Ancelotti, Leicester, the sky 6 or whatever you call them...

We can't all do it

And that's before asking what "achievement" is top 10? That's the competitive league myth of the PL, Brighton are doing things... no they're not

Southampton top of the league. Well I never.

The ease they just continue with their best player out is impressive. I remember last season they were deciding to rest Ings for certain games like Chelsea away and they still came away with a 2-0 win.

They scout brilliantly too. Think of all the players they end up selling and just get on with it. Ralph is proving to be a top manager to be fair, great job he’s done there.

Mohammed Salisu still hasn't even featured for them yet due to "fitness reasons" whatever that might be. He was really impressive last season in Spain and unless there is something not right with him he may turn out another good find when he get's up to speed.

And yet during the match thread last week there were arguments about it all being because we were shit, it was nothing to do with them it was all us 🙄

They will probably finish somewhere in the middle third of the table, but they are a decent side and beat us on merit.
