Butler's sister Hannah posted a message on social media urging fans to send get well messages and show their support. Villa's Bodymoor Heath training complex was shut down days ago and players have been keeping fit with specially compiled training schedules. Mr Butler's sister posted the following message on social media: "Big Al needs your get well messages, love and support #avfc fans. Very poorly with coronavirus and waiting on an ITU bed. RTs, likes and any messages for me to show the big man please, let him know we are all behind him." Get well soon big fella !
