Appointing terrible managers didn't help.

Managers and coaches likely played a big part.

I also have a feeling we lack structures in place to help foreign players coming into the club settle, feel welcomed and comfortable.

It's all well and good giving them big contracts and a hotel room. But it takes much more than that.

Especially if they are young and new to the country, city and language.

I think we've failed a lot of players over the last few years in this aspect.

Not absolving them of any responsibility mind. It's a 2 way street.

We were the first team to bring in a welfare officer as Angel transfer was a disaster for him in the first 6 months

Shame it seem to have fallen between the chairs in recent years.

Might have to do with the cost cutting under Lerner?

witsel to dortmund

perez to west ham

tomori to derby on loan

Mate, I absolutely LOVE that you do these for us.  So much easier than trying to keep up across various websites.

Feel free to tell me to eff off, but any chance you can add where they moved from?  And how much for?

Thanks hun X

anything else!!

its hard to know who knows who and who will be interested, a lot of the random ones will be FIFA or FM wonderkids / bargain buys

Nah, just that thanks ;)

I'm always interested in transfers but just find it hard to keep up.  This is pretty much my go to place really.

its surprising how hard is to find a good list of all the transfers, it seems like all the traffic heads towards the rumours pages rather than the actual completed deals

i do it mainly for FM editor

I used to use betinf but there prices seemed way off and sometimes inconsistent

Guardian have a good page this season

Brad Smith joins Seattle Sounders on loan from Bournemouth.

How Liverpool got £6m for this guy I will never know. How Liverpool keep getting any of these fees I will never know.

Has played more games for Australia than senior club football over the past 3-4 years. Ridiculous
