No I don't think so, Grabban will be on the wing

Could be... so more like this:

                            Whelan

Snodgrass   Hourihane   Onomah   Grabban

                             Hogan

Happy with that, need some pace down the left and Grabban should offer that.  Toss up between Lansbury and Anomah in the centre.

I’d have had barney in not whelan , and Lansbury for Hourihane .

surprised o hare not on the bench though as he offers that creativity

Maybe. Brave decision to have a 2 man midfield with whelan if it is that

I'd agree - a two of Hourihane and Whelan will struggle a little I think.

The alternative is having Hogan up front on his own without a lot of runners around him, which he's proved time and again he can't do and moving Grabban out left meaning he'll have signed as a striker and played both sides of midfield in his first two games for us. I'm going with the 4-4-2 based on the idea that it's the formation that's disrupts least players - I guess we'll see.

Me too, but we dont know whats happening behind the scenes.  This team has enough to win.

NO BACKPASSES pls mr Whelan!

The problem is, i can't stay away from watching, but my day will be ruined.

Why are you writing us off before we even kick a ball. If in your eyes playing two particular players means we certainly lose to a depleted bottom half Sheff Wed team then you must have given up on promotion a long time ago.

I'm not overly familiar with their line up - who are the danger men? Where are the weaknesses?

I think a lot for us depends today on how Onomah starts the game - if he's in the mood he was in for the second half against Preston we can dominate if he's in his first half mood then there's going to be a lot of work for the other midfielders.
