Once again Fifa have taken the bribes to go somewhere completely unsuitable. Would they have awarded England a World Cup whilst we were having all the hooligan problems in the 80's I wonder? No what they actually did was ban our clubs from competition. I fully expect to hear of really terrible attacks on fans, and especially England fans and judging form the response of one of their senior politicians the last time England fans were attacked and seriously injured their leaders will be positively encouraging it.
