Nearly all their players were given negative reviews in their last game and Bacuna's free kick actually lead to their only goal. Just for some balance... http://hobnob.royals.org/forum/search.php?keywords=bacuna&fid[0]=1 I think Bacuna is crap. But you do have a point here (if these are genuine posts) that Reading fans don't have such a one-sided view of him (which is what the previous poster insinuated with his quotes)

Funny thing is, he's only capable of doing that when playing against us. I saw a stat recently that he's gone like 40+ games without scoring or something........which is in direct correlation with the time we've not been in the PL.........coincidence?

commander
I reckon Team A with (a better manager) would be a lot better than we fared everyone just chucked the towel in. We were relegated when we threw that 2 nil lead away at leicester. Never recovered from that. But any team with Westwood in will always be shit, so you have to go for Team B. Michael118
Jores Okore has hit some form with AaB finishing in the Superliga team of the week for 3 of the last 4 rounds. March 2 Quote Central Defender: Jores Okore, AaB Now it's starting to look something like Jores Okore. The physically strong and fast central defender came on the board of AaB and this time it was enough to secure the club three points after he scored against Brondby for the 1-1. Okore's defensive work is also in an upward curve. Thus, it was not much that Sonderjyske offensive stated by Mikael Uhre arrived. Okore deserves praise. https://www.tipsbladet.dk/nyhed/superliga/rundens-hold-i-superligaen-23-spillerunde-1 March 13 Quote Central Defender: Jores Okore, AaB Jores Okore is partner of Kasper Pedersen in AaB, and he is also in this edition of Round Team. Randers FC is a bad issue this season, but it should not take anything from the AaB defensive, which did not allow anything in Sunday's match. https://www.tipsbladet.dk/nyhed/superliga/rundens-hold-i-superligaen-25-spillerunde-1 March 19 Quote Central Defender: Jores Okore, AaB Any big "playing" defender will never be Jores Okore, but when it comes to rye bread as a midstopper, there are not many in the Super League that can match him. Against AGF, Okore got in the way for a lot and played a big game. https://www.tipsbladet.dk/nyhed/superliga/rundens-hold-i-superligaen-26-spillerunde-1 AaB fans on Okore... Quote "Okore saves our ***. He has been good". "The Positive: Okore - what a monster and to the extent of being in shape. CLASS SHOPPING". "A steady effort in other words, and with Okore as the very big bright spot. He is so small to become the stable gain for our defensive, one could hope when we signed him. Stops as good as anything and, as a bonus again, was just a centimetre from re-entering a goal". "MOTM is clear to me, Jores Okore, who was a beast and won all duels, followed by Ahlmann who dared something forward in the field and was constantly on his duels". "Okore has time in a big spring. Nice to see. Ahlmann has also been excellent since he came back". "Wondering if Okore hadn't been in play for the national team again, if otherwise he had hit the same form in one of the Association's favorite clubs?" Reply: "Well, centre defense is not shown the easiest place to play in the national team!" Reply: "No, there may of course be something about that. However, still think I would have preferred him rather than Zanka and Boilesen (especially if he is chosen for the central defence)". "Okore is a monster". "Okore is a beast !!" "Okore is built of concrete". "Wishing the window: 1. Rolim. 2. New midfielder at Okore's level. 3. New attacker (those we have is not scoring enough)". http://debatside.dk/search.php?st=0&sk=t&sd=d&sr=posts&keywords=okore Edited March 22, 2018 by Michael118

"Bacuna: One of the seven class acts - cannot afford to waste him at FB. If Clement can get into his head - he can rev up our midfield - big time. I would always have him in midfield where he can do a lot of damage to the opposition." "Bacuna Swift Kelly if (and a huge if) they were all fit would be a tasty midfield. Would be what I'd like to see long term." "Bacuna, Swift, Kelly has to be the way forward for this midfield. lexicon
2nd best player behind Mannone as some sort of ringing endorsement They lost 3-0, didn't have a shot on target and had 22% possession. He's crap.
Michael118
Ashley Westwood impressing at Burnley and cementing himself as a regular just like I said would happen a few months ago in the Ashley Westwood thread. Quote Ashley Westwood 8 (Man of the Match) Shining in Steven Defour's absence in central midfield and has taken on that role with confidence and poise. Nobody on either side made more passes than Westwood's 69 and he regularly passed forward as well, finding Barnes and Wood in promising positions. http://www.lancashiretelegraph.co.uk/sport/16130693.West_Brom_1_Burnley_2__Player_ratings/ Quote "It was Westwood's incisive pass that opened up WBA for the opening goal. He regularly does this. Thankfully the opposition also seem to overlook this." "Westwood has snatched the opportunity. So much so we haven't actually missed Defour other than perhaps his set piece ability. Westwood - The English Defour." "Look at what we paid for Lowton and Westwood, yet both players are providing excellent value for money." "Watching the game today (via stream). I just don't get how Livermore gets into any England squad. I just hope someone from the England setup was at the game today where Cork (and also Westwood) totally outplayed him." "Shout out for Ashley Westwood today, very underrated." "Westwood and Cork bossed that game." "Westwood impresses every game." "Westwood - 9 (Motm) Briliant to watch today." "Westwood - 8 - Kept the ball moving quickly and smoothly all afternoon and did the ugly stuff too." "Westwood 9 **MOTM** - Wasn't sure about him after watching him play bits and pieces last year, since Defour's injury Westwood has probably been the best player in the team." "Westwood - 9 (MoM) He was everywhere and recycled it brilliantly." "Westwood 8 - Excellent." http://www.uptheclarets.com/messageboard/search.php?st=0&sk=t&sd=d&sr=posts&keywords=westwood Edited April 6, 2018 by Michael118
