He has done nothing to warrant a call up aside from being employed by one of the big teams. Playing for your country used to be an honour, now its a guarantee you'll be capped if you play for a certain team. I still haven't figured what Henderson is good at outside of running around and shouting, a distinctly average player if there ever was one, like a (slightly) higher level version of Glenn Whelan. It ignores the fact that those clubs do well because of the foreign players.
