    Pre Match

Without wanting to be wise after the event that was the obvious thing to do. Too bad our manager isn't really a believer in rotation/resting players.
  2. A bit of a disaster that. There were always going to be slip ups and shock results but to lose, at home, 3-1 and be totally outperformed is as bad as it gets. Couple that with Cardiff winning and it's all setup for play-off heartbreak.
  3. Overdue sacking, I assume they'll appoint Marco Silva pretty quickly.
  4. I've probably mentioned it in this thread but they are a scumbag club with scumbag fans and scumbag owners. I hope the whole thing goes tits up.
  5. He's an arsehole, I hope he gets the boot. The faux outrage is tiresome though.
  6. Why? It not like he's done much for them and he's wages are huge. Match of the day player.
  7. Just a point here, If we get promoted he shouldn't be part of our future because he's not good enough for the step up to the premier league, IMO.
  8. The problem is that he needs a tough, grand national style, of race. If the ground goes heavy then he'll have a big chance but normally the gold cup isn't run hard. It's run at a steady pace and then the class horses with a turn of foot put the pace on closer to home. I don't think native river has that extra gear.
  9. You'll hear about 4 or 5 of the horses for the Gold cup all tipped next week because it's so open. I'll probably back Sizing John E/W because I can't see him out of the places. If the weather turns bad and it's raining/heavy ground native river will be there or thereabouts.
  10. Wolves looked a class apart when they battered us earlier this season.
  11. No more paragraph long explanations of official reviews so.
  12. Getabird and footpad are two strong favourites for the first two races on Tuesday. Watch out for any second now too, laid out especially for Cheltenham. And apples jade is alot of people's nap of the whole festival.
  13. As a side note it would be hilarious if Wolves ended up in the playoffs.
  14. Of course it exists, it's just not the reason players fail at clubs. Hogan just isn't good enough, it doesn't matter what happening between his ears.
  15. It's going to be an interesting Cheltenham that's for sure. I have a feeling it could be a year for the bookies, the Gold Cup is wide open.
  16. Our new No. 1 Striker. Great signing.
  17. I thought this season was make or break for him and it looks like it's 'make'. It's going to be a struggle to hold on to him. If we get promoted this season he should be given a new deal so that he's our top earner with a big buyout clause.
  18. It's going to be very competitive in the race for 2nd and it wouldn't surprise me at all if it comes down to the final day with 3 teams still in the hunt.
  19. This excuse get trotted out a lot when players join Liverpool or Man United and it's a load of tosh IMO. You're either good enough or you're not. It's nothing to do with mental pressure or expectations of a 'big' club. Hogan just isn't good enough. He's a mediocre, mid-table championship player that was a panic buy. That's all.
  20. Pretty sure Ronaldo likes him alright. It suits Ronaldo for their to be a relatively poor number 9 who wont overshadow 'CR7' and is happy to pass him the ball.
  21. Losing at home, not looking good for them at all. Cardiff away next? Oh dear.
  22. Have to win this against the rabble that is Sunderland. Hopefully we do them by a decent margin. Gresford MOTM.

    Wolves

But what can they do? Even if he owns a company that has part share in the club or if there's an exclusive deal that wolves only sign players who he's the agent of I am not aware of any rules that prevent this. The world of Agents is largely unregulated as far as I can see so Mendes can do what he likes with Wolves, there's nothing to stop him.

    Wolves

They can investigate his role all they like but there isn't anything they can do about it. Clubs work with agents all the time. Fat Sam and Sir Alex Ferguson had "preferred" agents for their transfers deals if I'm not mistaken.
