Anyone have the cure for shin splints? Tried new runners, custom insoles, foam rolling, calf exercises etc. already. Don't really have the choice to change surfaces, it's run on tarmac or nothing.

Pretty sure every time I've seen jorges Mendes fc this season they've been beyond terrible. They are a shambles at the back tonight.

Probably the most likely solution as any bottom half premier league team doesn't want to be in it either. It will become a competition for EFL teams only.
