Splash the cash on a top notch manager. It's the most important role. They will pay for themselves in not having to sign another Dendonker whilst Sanson and Marv sit on the bench doing feck all. Sell the project and break the bank for somebody proven who we know can do the business.

Begging for the pay-off. I don't blame him. He was fortunate enough to be employed at such a club on a massive wedge. Why would you resign and give it all up. The club have to take the hit on a poor choice. Appoint someone who will rally the fans back together and maybe not play favourites when picking a team.

The guy is aging like a banana left on a radiator for weeks. Problem is, if he gets rid of Gerrard, I don't trust him with the next appointment. The Deano appointment was logical from most angles.

Why not Sanson over Dendonker when chasing the game? Give the guy some minutes and a chance ffs.

Question/request please? I'm signed up to the £1.99 a month service to watch full replays of previous games. Is there a way to do this without revealing the score? I want to watch this evening's game without spoilers. Could anybody link me directly to the video and then maybe I can squint whilst looking for the play button on the bottom of the screen? I have no idea of the result, so please no comments of "don't bother" etc if it's been another poor result for us. Same goes for if we've done well, too, please.

I'm not anti-Ollie but when there's Archer on the bench waiting to prove himself, give the lad a go and quit hanging on to your tallest striker to launch it up to. Ollie has a lot of good assets but he's not un-droppable.

Max Cleworth at Wrexham is worth a look. Just turned 20 years old and has a full season of 1st team football behind him. He was originally a midfielder but he's been converted to a CB and as a result he's comfortable playing out from the back. He drives forward like they did at Sheffield United under Wilder. Liverpool, Man Utd and Burnley are sniffing amongst others. He really is an interesting prospect. -
Scandalous he's not starting with Kamara. If he's not going to give Sanson a game then the 3 needs to be Kamara, Luiz and Ramsey. Sick to death of the absolute panic on the ball.

We have Archer who is made for the squad around him. He has the ability to take a touch and get a shot on target. It's annoying he's not even on the bench now. Ollie is decent at holding up a high ball in but then struggles to actually pass the ball/build up the play. He gets tackled the majority of our attacks. So frustrating. Gerrard trying to win ugly just means he's failed at organising, setting up and drilling a really talented bunch of players into a team that can fulfil their potential and play to their strengths. It's painful viewing. The 3 points are welcome but a manager knowing what he's really doing would have sent Southampton home with a good hiding.

Why 3 cm's on the bench at the expense of Archer? The lad deserves minutes (more than 3/4 at the end of the game).

For a cheap punt at trying to find the next Vardy I'd have a look at Kabongo Tshimanga. It might be too much of a leap for him but better to lose £1m than say £5-10m on the likes of Samatta. -
It's no good coming on here trying to rub it in people's faces off the back of one result. People have been losing faith over months due to performances and results. Today was very well done but it doesn't mean shite if we just go back to the form of late.

He needs to learn and push on from what works. The valid concern is that we go back to the outfit we've looked for the past 15/20 games in the main.

Sarr is quality but it just doesn't fit with anything going on at the club right now. Baffling if true. Throw that £28m at Pochettino instead and save money and points in the long run.
