    ten Hag is the managerial equivalent of signing those Dutch league players with 44 goals and 163 assists per season and then they finish their prem seasons with 1 goal and 3 assists. Glorious.

    It's not a half arsed selection to me. Olsen had to step in. Duran had to. Tielemans is working his way back to full fitness and will be needed in games where he's not run ragged by City's possession game. Bailey can't start every game and was replaced by Zaniolo who had upped his game and needs the minutes for the run in, Pau is only just back from injury and can't be over-stretched, he's far more pivotal against the likes of Brentford. I get the frustration travelling there and not seeing the players you want to see but there is nothing half-arsed about what we do. These players are humans, with limits and there's also still a lot of games to come.

    Stats don't paint a complete picture. 'Being found out' from a side that's had a load of injuries over the season, along with Europe, sitting 4th in the table with a +17 goal difference is ridiculous to me. The lack of respect for what we're doing in such a short space of time is beyond a glass half empty view.

    Yes, it went down for about a week and then back to it. They don't care. I told them again last week when my little lad couldn't sleep with the booming. They said they don't hear us, I said yeah, because we haven't mounted a speaker to a shared wall and try and be respectful. It's been lower over the Easter weekend but the door slamming, shouting etc has increased instead. Some people are just absolute helmets unfortunately.

    My neighbours have Sky Glass on the shared wall that's plasterboard. Drives me insane. They live in an end terrace and could put it on the opposite wall. I hate them.

Per 90 min stats... Alvarez; 0.34 goals per 90 0.34 assists per 90 Ollie; 0.6 goals per 90 0.38 assists per 90 There is a reason why most Villa fans value Ollie so highly. This isn't a slight against Alvarez as he's a great player too.

    If Pau is unavailable for Luton, the only bonus is that Chambers is probably stronger in the air to deal with their ways. It might just require Dougie sitting back a bit deeper to launch the counter instead of Torres. I'd rather him miss Luton than Spuds.
