New workout started yesterday. Got to get ready for Vegas pool season.

Where are you flying to-from? I fly us airways transatlantic all the time as there is a charlotte to heathrow direct flight. The new wide body a330-300 is what they fly I think and in economy the service is average at best. The seats are ok, and ife is ok. Apparently in econ you will get free wine with your meal, and free headsets. Both you used to have to pay for. Here's the top tip of the day though, at t-24hours before the flight you can call and pay an upgrade fee (called goenvoy). If there is any seats open in business. It is absolutely brilliant, lounge access, lie flat seats, great meals and all the booze you can knock back, honestly mate it's worth the extra cash ($500 I think the fee is each way) only do this if its the new envoy though, the o,d one is gash and not worth the money. I've done goenvoy the last 3 flights and you actually look forward to your journey, it's stress free and you arrive refreshed from getting a kip in the lie flat seats.

Baker for me. Like the look of the lad, and at 21 showing great promise. Clark I see more as a holding mid.

Guzan - 7- not at fault for any of the goals, always shows passion. Lowton - 6- I like him, but he needed to be blooded, not the first choice right back in a relegation scrap (by biggest pet peeve with pl) Baker - 6- this lad is a very good player in the making, I like him a lot and he's another one who's had a baptism of fire, stupid tackle for the pen, but should be blooded when his mistakes aren't going to cost us (again pl should have bought/played experience till we were safe) Vlaar - 7- solid, and feel he's much appreciated by the younger lads. Bennett -5- not sold on this lad at all. But who else do we have? Westwood-6- will flourish with a better supporting cast. Can pick a pass, but needs an enforcer with him. Sylla -5- was under he impression he was a destroyer as a foil for Westwood but very average today Bannan -0- I don't blame bannan for being under confident, not keeping possession under no pressure and timid on the ball, I blame pl for picking him. Weimann 5 - looked a bit disconnected from the game today, had a great chance to tie it up for us Agbonlahor-6- always worked hard, made good decisions but should have scored a sitter. Benteke-8- gave them the run a round and they were scared shitless every time he touched the ball. "Token" good feet for a big man. Enjoy him while he's here lads as he's aff either way this summer. Subs N'Zogbia-6- did more than bannan in 25 mins Delph-5- effected nothing El Ahmadi 5 - not really enough time As for today, everybody has nailed it, good first half, unacceptable second, where was the drive/penetration/width. My thing is this, I don't mind pl buying or playing young inexperienced players, but get us safe before you do so, he's alienated experienced pros that may or may not be up to it, but they provide valuable experience, when were crying out for it, maybe he **** off one or two but keep what we need to get us safe, then jog them on. It's gonna take us relying on other results. Never a good thing. Utv

Tweaked something in my arm. Saw the trainer she said it was nothing to bad. But it's a wee bit sore. Stopped half way thru this am workout. Ice and ibuprofen and I hope to be back on it tomorrow as I was thinking about taking it up a level.

Alright mate!! I think I may have to post in off topic, been a topsy turvy couple of years.

ive been back in the gym for about 4 months and lurking in this thread for a bit. 340lbs bench max, so beat my previous max of 315 when i was 26 (34 now!). Been training like a madman (although not a smartman-hence the lurking for tips. Im about 6'0" and 225lbs, with a 21% body fat, although that is prob not too great in accuracy.

obviously spelling and grammar are not among them.

I taugh this kid for 3 years in middle school. looks like he picked up a few tips form the old man.

The fact we couldn't pass 10 yards to anybody but the touch line or a Wigan player is a bloody disgrace. Professional footballers! Zig! Some of these lot should have there bloody contracts ripped up.

Pl is not without fault in this, but he cant be blamed for professional footballers who earn thousands, if not tens of thousands pounds per week, that when they cross the white line, quit.

I do hope the players have a whip to pay for tickets and travel for our amazing support. that would be the only redeeming factor from the biggest pile fo steaming shower of shite ive seen in a while, and thats saying something with a season of McDogshite.

No doubt lads. I think that most fans are reasonable. All we want is players who actually give a shit. After that everything is a bonus!

My mate who I played with here in the states played in Iceland against him. Here's his email: "I played against that word removed a few times. Always seemed to rip us a new asshole. Pretty much won his Icelandic side the championship in 2010, something like 15 goals and 15 assists in 22 games. Not very pacey but he´s got everything else. Great technique, finishing, late-run-into-the-box expert, he´s actually more of an attacking midfielder than an out-and-out striker. Lads, Seriously. We were average today and lamberts subs were defensive. BUT! We're in a relegation dogfight! Points mean prizes and the prize is staying in the premier league. Lambert is no mug, he's given us some good and some bad. But chuffing Norah his mantra is to be 4th from bottom this year and build up from that. Like it or love it. We're a 5 year project min. Now yes if in 3 years he hasn't signed a playmaker like tarabat (who was fantastic today) then by all means slaughter him. But bloody hell we need points this year. That's all. Points.
