A lad i used to coach is an assitant at DC united. He got me this awesome shirt signed by Benteke. Couldnt speak highly enough of him! said he was an amazing person and player. He asked him who his favorite club he ever played for was? answer: The Villa!

One of the kids (man now!) who played for me just got hired as an assistant coach with DC united! Sent me a video of him working Benteke out 1 vs 1 and nothing but good things to say about him on and off the pitch! The new head coach (former red bulls head coach) got hired at DC, he is a SC boy and a top top man/Coach!

Tepper is the worst NFL owner in the league, nothing Charlotte FC has done has changed my mind hes any better in MLS. Ive got friends who work on the coaching side and they lost a couple of very good youth head honchos.

Apparently him and Lampard applied for the fc charlotte mls gig, a friend and very qualified friend applied for it and they said they'd been burned with inexperienced coaches......

Figured this maybe best place for it, started on second sleeve, first was a tribute to my late father. This one is a mix of british and mexican flag as thats his heritage Gonna have the dont tread on me gadson snake with the dont tread on me and an American flag. Guy that did it is fantastic and cant wait to get finished over the next couple of months.

When i did my ussf license this was formation numbering system, we had to refer to the numbers when making coaching points!
