  3. Blimey Baz! what do you mean blimey?? Lol it's true, it's just bollocks. I'll worry about results/performances I don't give much of a shit about owt else. Do the results/performances worry you? I can handle losing, and I can handle bad performances, but tonight I saw a manager that has lost the team, and after hearing him post match, I can see why!
  4. I think that hes lost the dressing room, and that, if true, is enough to get someone new in to give the lads a shot in the arm. These players did not become shite overnight, well not all of them anyway For me - I know Jol been mentioned, would deffo take him.If not, Someone who can manage personalities, Ranieri with a tactically astute assistant say Steve Clarke.

  7. This was taken in my gym at the middle school I teach PE at. We have 'spirit days' where we can wear the jerseys of our favorite American Colleges, well any excuse to wear the badge as I only support one team ever really. Barmy Army!
  8. First of all, we have 10 players out in one of the most physical places to play in the league. Still think he should have gone 4-4-2. those 10 players include Heskey and NRC who relish this type of game....Couple that with some signings well be alright lads. Anyway shit performance! Friedel - 6 -Did great all game but the first goal was diabloical Young - 6 - Full of running and played much higher up 2nd half Warnock - 5 - Struggling a bit lately Clark - 6 - Didnt do a lot wrong Dunne - 6 - Made one fantastic block, looks kanckered all the time! Young - 7 - Worked hard, made a couple of wrong decisions, but always wanted the ball and unlucky with the header off the bar Hogg - 6 - Nothing too good or too bad from the lad today Ireland - 6 - There is a player in him lads, a big time player, bit of a fairy though Bannan - 7 - MOTM, classy player, always keeps possession, real gem in the making is Barry Zidane Downing - 6 - Started strong, finished not so much Gabby - 5 - No serivce, out of shape, playing against 4 defenders, bad day at the office. looks short of confidence as well. Subs: Pires - 6 -Still got it, will be used in this role a lot, feed him the ball and he will use it well Delf - 6 - Got inbehind Blackburn twice more than Gabby did Herd - N/A - Not on long enough, although did get himself on the end of a corner well

    Did day three today - Shoulders and arms, Loved this one and actually kept with them. I used the bands for the first time in any workout ive ever done, and was surprised at how effective they felt. I can def see how if you travel or have limited space, they are priceless. Plus having the different resistance helps in making things easier or harder depending. I've gone for these in the end so i shall see how I get on with them. Dom - I take it your not using the supplements then? I've never used supplements or ate protein bars or anything like that before so its a whole new world to me! I used to do a bunch of supplements, I was into lifting quite big in my mid 20's, but havent taken anything for a while, The protein bars to me are priceless, they are organic and give me 20g of protein, with my schedule being hectic, they are so easy to just eat on the go etc... that I cant live wihout them! I also drink a rice protein shake in the morning. So I guess im wondering if that is sufficant enough to help my recovery after a workout.

    Did the plyometric workout today. Was pretty tough (shock!) but ive always played sports, trained etc...so it was kind of fun. I kept pace with them most of the way. Shoulders and arms tomorrow! Can anybody reccomend a good post drink replenish drink? Im eating a protein bar and killing loads of water right now.

    Im lucky the school I teach at has all the equipment so I just get here early and knock it out. I did see on the DVD that you can do the exercises that require a pull up bar, with a resistance band, hope that helps. Good luck with the program, and post your experiences in here!

    So it took me 4 days to recover form doing the first session, I realized that I didnt pace myself. So in order to start day 1 on a monday, I started over today and paced myself a little bit better. Doing 10 push ups per push exercise then maxing out on my knees, and 6 pull ups per exercise. The diet part is going good and Im looking forward to getting stuck in now ive watched a few of the DVD's, Im hoping to increase my intensity each session, each week, so we will see. Anybody else started? Hows it going? Did you muller yourself like me?

    Yes mate, I will keep giving some bits and bobs. As im so sore, and didnt start on a monday (therefore having sat night/sunday as free day), I am going to do one every other day till next monday, where I will start with the day 1 disc again and do it every day as the guide suggests. I will weigh and give body mass index every month. Hardest part will be keeping the diet up, but all I can do is my best! Good luck to anybody trying this and chime in with your thoughts and results!

    Personally my diet is shite, so that was one of the appeals of this, as it gives you a regimented 90 day diet plan. If your diet is good, like TheDon says, then you should be good! BOF, if you want all the info I printed out shoot me a PM.

    Oh. My. Lord. Ive never been so sore in all my life. It was a insane workout. But Im gonna stick with it, probably did only 50% of the reps they were doing on the DVD. But I never quit and on to plyometrics today!
