Steer kept us in it at times, did well. Hutton just makes me smile. Some good bits in places. There were a couple of points when we were closing them down as a team. Very pleasing. Lots more to come. #UTV

We’re not a premier league side and West Ham have spent heavily so far aiming for the top 6. We need to be realistic here. First finish was premier league quality which we don,t have. I personally like the 352 but wouldn’t bother with it if Grealish leaves.

That's exactly the point I was just making in the Kodja thread. I also wondered whether there had been a falling out as Davis also did the same on occasions.

I accept the comment on Davis although I wasn't commenting on him and he needs to learn a lot as well. Football is all about opinions and yes we'll have to agree to disagree. Whilst Kodja does have some strong elements to his game he wil always frustrate because he could be a much better palyer with a bit of football nouse. Onwards and upwards UTV.

I was one that commented so. There were 3 occasions in the 1st half where he could have played in a pass to an overlap run and chose not to to see if he could fashion a chance himself, which he didn’t. He will only ever pass if he can’t get a shot away himself. By doing so he misses countless opportunities to create very good chances for other members of the team. In my opinion this is why he will be with us for the next season as he’s not clever enough, football wise to make it at the next level.

Enjoyed this. Thought Bedeau was very comfortable alongside Chester, flanked by Mitch Clarke who didn’t put a foot wrong. Frustration with Kodja and Davis, who aren’t on the same wave length at all or don’t like each other..... Solid start and hope we keep Chester. Good to have proper footy back UTV

I like both kits, white should always be the away kit for me.

When he came in for Terry last year he played well. So well that there was a lot of noise about the fact that he should have kept his place based on the form shown. To say he is shit is a cheap shot and way off the mark. Not Premier League quality but good enough for a top Championship side.

I'm happy with this, there weren’t many better left backs in the Championship last year. Fully deserves another year and his affinity with the club is great to hear.
