    I understand them failing in the CL group is a bad thing, but overall ten Hag is overachieving and I just don't really understand the narrative. 3rd and a cup last season was overachieving, they're 3 points behind City, level with Spurs and above Newcastle. And their squad isn't even that good?

    Not rubbish, but based on price tag/hype, I genuinely don't know what Enzo does. Every game I watch Chelsea, he seems like such a passenger.

    I love this man. He's really helped bring the club it's soul back. He's so respectful towards the fans and the club as a whole, so humble.

    Things have been impossibly good under him. Hard to really put in to words how he's turned this team around despite regularly starting 8 players he hasn't even signed. Real markings of a elite level coach.

    Whoscored has him as the highest rated player in the league this season. I like the use of stats in football, but I think far too many people stop watching games and just look at stats. He scores goals but his overall play this season has been poor.

    He spent 80 minutes basically just taking the absolute piss out of Gvardiol. One of the best defenders in World football. When he's on his game, his trickery, pace and directness are a nightmare for anyone to handle.

    Perfection. The catch from the cross in was ridiculous. I know it was offside anyway, but 100% of keepers don't hold that and have to palm it out. Ridiculous.

    To a man, perfection. Barely a misplaced pass or poor decision made. I can't think of such a flawless performance I've seen before this.

    Ithink Tipping Point is by far the worst thing I've ever seen. I believe it's been scientifically proven that you lose brain cells while watching.

    This. They're so desperate to be good 'next season', and won't accept a few years of rebuild. But by constantly chasing that instant transformation they're going through so many coaches and players and never reaching it. Just look at Arsenal. A couple of seasons of real dross, but Arsenal are certainly reaping the benefits of being patient.

    I can't see it making a difference at all. What's the biggest gap we've ever had between 17th an 18th? I just can't see the 3 promoted clubs picking up many points.

    Rashford just seems to play with a massive chip on his shoulder. Always looks miserable, even when he scores it's like he's at a funeral. Wouldn't be surprised if he said he just isn't a football fan and it's a job.

    This. I think football fans in general don't show the same loyalty to players that they expect players to show the club. Even those, like Gabby, he spent their entire career here get slated for various reasons. As soon as a player is 'not good enough', fans are all to happy to see the back of them.

    That's mostly my point. This would be the state of officiating without VAR. The fact VAR overturns so many decisions only compounds that. I'm not a fan of these weird rules that only certain things can be reviewed as well. Not giving a clear and obvious yellow for a pull is a failure in refereeing and VAR should intervene, but they aren't allowed to.

    Refs blowing up early, linesmen incorrectly flagging when the ball hasn't gone out. It's like they're desperate to stop goal scoring opportunities.

    VAR will take all the headlines, but another disasterclass of a refereeing performance that had nothing to do with VAR. Both in our game and City.

    England has by far the weakest refs I've seen. Terrified to make a decision.

    My confusion is why it takes 5 minutes to draw lines, and then on TV we can see the lines drawn and the decision shows offside. Why does it then take another few minutes to get this decision to the referee?
