  1. They have more money than God and Dan Burn is their first choice left back.
  2. I think it's a fairly good measurement of depth of clubs, albeit only at the top end, and the PL is quite clearly ahead. It doesn't measure outside of European performance, of course. But I don't think it's crazy to suggest that the likes of Chelsea and Spurs would fare okay against none-European qualified sides from elsewhere.
  3. It's a cliche, but definitely 'victim of his own success' vibes.
  4. Doesn't really need to be hamstring. They've got lots of thigh, knee, ankle injuries. All areas that are going to struggle with being overworked in a footballing sense.
  5. Tommy DeVito and Zach Wilson are the NFC and AFC players of the week. It's like when a Madden franchise gets weird a few years in.
  6. Their obsession with Emery is probably the most pathetic thing in football right now. Long may they never win a European Cup.
  7. It wasn't like it was that close either. He was miles over and didn't once check with the official on the sideline. Couldn't have happened to a nicer guy.
  8. Yeah we've been one of the worst hit teams really, 40% of our first XI from last season have barely kicked a ball and we're nearly half way through
  9. Yeah I actually think Palace aren't far off the points they'll need to stay up already. I would be shocked if any o the bottom 3 hit 25.
  10. I hate the Dallas Cowboys so much. But I'd rather them win 10 straight Super Bowls than the Eagles win another. So good to see 2 NFC teams trample all over them and their dickhead head coach.
  11. He did to begin with. Then Pep dropped him and said he needs to learn to play the City way, basically.
  12. This was our beast to the beauty of the wn against City. Sometimes you gotta win ugly. Back to back wins against these 2, without conceding, is so impressive.
  13. Klopp seems to get more of the stick of the 2, but Pep is a massive rocket polisher as well
  14. Yeah but the YouTube experts say because he hasn't been tested in he Champions League, he can't be.
  15. It's even funnier when you consider United were chasing Sancho for the best part of 2 years. It just shows that they didn't do their due diligence as apparently Sancho had a similar rep at Dortmund.
  16. For all the shit EtH has got for the way he's handled the situation, I'm not sure what else you're supposed to do when you've got someone like that. He's done the right thing.
  17. It's the kind of individuality Pep won't stand for. Doku won't be running at players next season, it'll be forced out of him.
  18. He will say some things for clicks now and again, but I generally find him very balanced and a decent listen. He's more than happy to praise the likes of Liverpool and City, speaks a lot about Villa which is probably to do with him being in the area. And he's about the closest thing we'll get to a real life Alan Partridge.
  19. Rodri and KdB are certainly both more important. Haaland finishes you the the chances you create, but if you're not creating a lot for him he literally does nothing as we saw the other night.
  20. He got lots of plaudits for getting battered by Chelsea. This was bizarre, and his response was really problematic "We'd play this way if we only had 5 men". Sometimes you have to manage games better, and he doesn't do that. They're incredibly easy to play against second half.
  21. Value for money, yes, he's done everything you'd want. But bargain is a bit far.
  22. I don't know about this. Outside of the number 9 position they're very, very god everywhere.
  23. There's been a lot of hype around his on the ball ability for a few years, and he's so much better than all the hype. Probably one of the signings of the season for that price.
  24. He's had a meltdown and a half. What a prick.
