It's ok for you , you can go to the 4 floors to get banged by a lady boy but us Westerners have to travel to Thailand for it Tbh it's not a patch on Vietnam and it's beaches aren't a patch on say Mauritius or the Maldives But what it does offer is almost a package tour type holiday to somewhere exotic for those that feel they are a bit more adventurous than a week in Marbella it is also of course where wanky back packers go for their gap year after watching The Beach Edit : sorry no offence meant (Stevo ) I wasn't insulting your GF , I do understand the appeal of Thailand and why people want to go there ,I'm just having some interweb fun None taken. I've never been and don't myself understand the fascination. But she seems obsessed with it so I'm happy enough to go along. My list of countries visited is pretty embarrassing so I'm happy to add one or two. I'm basically not really fussed, so if she's keen on there then I'm up for it. I'd rather go somewhere Spanish speaking actually, to make use of my recently acquired fluency in the language (and by fluency, I mean barely understandable Spanish that's fine as long as I want to order some dinner, talk about my family tree or ask for directions) but we can do that with a long weekend to Barcelona or something.

Embarrassing I'm not sure why its embarrassing. The last few years have been awful, we've allowed other clubs to get stronger because of the new TV deal and we really have no clue what Lerner has planned. I think the way this club has performed and been run is more embarrassing than any protest against the owner. It's embarrassing because waving shitty little red cards around would make us look like a bunch of tits. I don't care what the message is. I think it's just the characters he plays annoy me sometimes. Which is probably a testament to his acting in some degree but I know little about him off the big screen, but every time I see him I feel like I'm routing against him. I think he's just one of those actors. Good looking, often plays the attractive bloke in a rom com or something and picks up a bad rep (especially from males) as a result. I would guess that, in a few years, it'll be the same situation as has happened with other male leads like Di Caprio, McConaughey, Gosling etc where we all suddenly think "ohhhh he actually IS a really good actor"

I like Cooper. Not sure why he gets such a bad rep to be honest.

Oh I know. And I know why it happens. Lead is centre in photos, but first in a list of names. It's just those particular posters, where they line the stars up as they have but put the names at the top makes it look like they're deliberately putting the names above the respective actors, but ballsing it up.

Not healthy in the long term, but it depends on your starting point. If you're overweight, plus taking into account the christmas binge that we've all been on, then it's understandable that you'd get a large weight loss in the first couple of weeks of a diet. So I wouldn't worry too much. If it continues then eat more calories. Long term you should aim for 1-2lbs max a week really. But again if you're a big guy (I have no idea if you are or not) then it's likely to come off a bit quicker, especially at first. Also, make sure you're weighing yourself at the same time every time. First thing in the morning, pre breakfast but post shit is ideal, and do it once a week on Sunday morning, for example. That way you'll have a constant point in time. Your bodyweight will fluctuate a surprising amount during the day. I weighed myself last thing before bed a few weeks back, and then first thing in the morning 2 days later. I was 6 pounds lighter on the second weigh in.

My targets for the year: 12% bodyfat 125kg Bench 200kg Deadlift 175kg Squat Bench and deadlfit are achievable. Squat target scares me, but we'll see how it goes. Bodyfat is my primary focus though. Not sure my lifts will like that, but we'll see.

Yeah I've put this in this thread before. Our work used to have "dress down" fridays. A notice came out a few years back saying that the CEO wasn't happy with it anymore. When my (then) boss told us, he said it was because SOME PEOPLE (looking directly and obviously at me and this other guy) dressed too casually on a Friday. All this while a girl in our team sat there in a vest top and flip flops, which she wore (or somethign similar) every day, not just fridays. That really pissed me off. So much so that I had a meeting with him about it, haha! PS in before the Tonyh rant about office wear

He could play AM for us though. That's not his best position and he was never as good there as he was on the left for us, but he'd do a better job as an AM than anyone else in our team right now.

The annoying, vulgar, whistling work colleague that I've mentioned previously has an another annoying habit I've discovered. Whenever he sneezes, he says "schwinnnnng!" afterwards. I have literally no idea why, but he does it every time. He currently has a cold, hence it's annoying.
