Why are you not all boycotting the games? To an extent, I admire you for still going despite all this but I have no intention of spending a single penny on Villa until this lot are gone. I don't see how he cannot be compared to the worst owners that the game has ever seen. He has destroyed a magnificent club and dragged us down into the dirt. He is just as bad as any owner who has destroyed a football club before him.

I think that can probably be explained by the fact that most football fans generally like seeing the underdog doing well and in a lot of cases here this is despite the local rivalry because a lot of us aren't from the Midlands and therefore don't have so much exposure to that rivalry. That's the case for me at least anyway!

If we don't reinvest the money (which I don't think we will/are able to do) then I don't see the point of selling him. He's one of the players who we can probably keep hold of in the Championship and I think he'd do well there.

I don't really get the "technical ability" point. I've never seen him do anything technical. He just does a bit of running at people and eventually creates nothing. I don't think he's a particularly good player. -
