from a pkaying standpoint, i think Gabby will never be the pkayer he was for us. His one asset was pace but injuries, too much bulking up has robbed him of that and, unlike other players whos pace wanes, he lacks the footballing brain to adapt his game. I'd sell him if a good offer came along. We've seen the best of Gabby and thats gone now.

regards Gabbys wages, a mate of mine does an accountancy course with Gabbys brother, who blatantly was showing Gabbys wage slip around a few months back. 65k a week is wide of the mark. And at least a third of his wages is made of of various bonuses inc, appearance, assist, goals etc.

Am loving the track 'Supremacy'. An electro-rock thumping track with hints of Zepellin, Bond themes and a nod to ELO. And Survival, which I thought a poor effort when I first heard it, actually sounds good and a grower when heard in the context of the album. And the boy Wolstenholme gets to warble on 'Save Me' and 'Liquid State'.

Have to say I love my Nexus as well. Jellybean makes it really fly by, and boy that screen is gorgeous. To me it feels better made than an S3, less plastic.

Ker-ikey, that's a bit of a change! How are you finding the Nexus 7 against the iPad? Well the ipad went to be replaced by an Asus Transformer which was replaced by a 10.1 Samsung Tab and The Nexus 7 had about 20 mins last night to set up. The one thing which I havent tried yet but assume will work is if I buy an app on my 10.1 Tab and it is compatible with the Nexus 7 will it download for free. Yes definitely. When I set my nexus7 up it automatically popped all the compatible apps that were on my HTC Desire HD on for free. Then I did a quick search and dowload of the flash, bbc iplayer apks and boom, who says its flash incompatible?!? Then when my Galaxy Nexus came and I went on to play store to get the few paid apps I'd got for the nexus 7 it said as I'd already purchased the app to go ahead and download again for nowt! Oh and a Google Nexus with jellybean is pretty good speed v a s3.

After owning a Desire HD I can tell you that the main problem with HTC is the bloody awful battery life on them. A problem, looking at Modaco, it still has. After doing a bit of research on the Adnroid forum I got a Google Nexus on Saturday and it's bloody lovely. Pure Google/Android and runs Jellybean. Okay it's not quad-core but for what I want it for it runs great. I noticed signififcant 3G drop-off with the Desire HD, but with the Nexus I've found it superb. And the speaker is much louder too. And I've never had a problem with giffgaff. Sure every now and then there's issues, but you get that with every phone network.
